Google: "Isometric cervical retraction with resistance band", he mentioned the "prone" position was effective, which means doing the exercise laying face down. I have suffered chronic tinnitus for about seven years now, I did have a car accident that left a shoulder blade injury, which goes all the way to my shoulder, trapezius, neck and numbness in the back of the head. Of course, during this time I have also been under extreme stress, and have bad posture. This is the first exercise that makes sense to me. I will try it and report back every few weeks.
I am so glad I found this Doctor, four years ago my left ear went off with a ringing so loud I couldn't hear at all and could hardly walk from disbalance from it, ear Dr used a steroid by a needle through my ear drum (yes, it is as unpleasant as it sounds) which helped maybe 20%, found this video and it has changed my life, it comes back in the mid-summer, I do the excercises and it's fixed...thank you!!!
I have the same issue. Stand against the door, raise both hands above the head, bend toward the left and right , keep it for 10 seconds, while stretching it , adjust the hip back and forth to adjust the tension of the lower spine, you will see a great relieve. Thanks
Ive has tinnitus for 20+ years. Hear it non stop. I just ignore it. Sleep is no problem. I don't know what silence actually sounds like. I would love to experience it but idk if I could sleep without hearing the noise anymore
I've had real tinnitus. Not this crap that goes away with "therapy". The kind that makes people end their lives. Loud, constant, and getting worse. I pray no one has what I have for real.
This is AMAZING! I've been trying to elimate the causes for my tremors, and my physical therapist recommended these same exercises. I'm SO excited to do these.
This video has really helped me greatly, it worse in the beginning when you start the exercise but gradually improves..I do the exercises every other day and its been a week, I see improvements already.. The ringing is still there but not as it used to be. I think the more one does the exercise, the better it gets.
Hello to everyone who is still waiting for an answer. I had terrible sinus congestion and pain. My teeth felt like they would fall off and my cheekbones hurt so badly when I came across this video. There is no exercise here that helps, but it’s certainly our posture and being on the phone. I did this one exercise that helped so much. I was back to normal in one day!! I had been so terribly congested that when I bent down, I could feel the liquid or mucus in my brain!!! I couldn’t eat a lot. I couldn’t sleep well. I thought I had to share this video link below, as it really helped me. Also please don’t slouch over your phones. Keep them away!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-A8argQgjPPI.htmlsi=1VG7qL3bKbC-P9-4
why not show the exercise? do you think you will not be able to sell the method later if indeed it is true. changes are it is probably a gimmick because they really have nothing to show 🥴
What's tragic is that many doctors just say there is no cure or that the only thing to do is take pills. This is true for almost everything. I bet most issues are caused by problems in lifestyle, exercise, foods, etc. Medical schools should also teachf health maintenance.

I tried these but have the tremors in my face and hands. They were so much worse after doing this. Does it work for them? are other better fo the area I am having them in?
Lmao it's crazy how much the quality of care can vary. While I understand tinnitus is often something that can't be treated, it sometimes can. Every single doctor I've seen has immediately dismissed the tinnitus as something that isn't even worth their time. I've seen two GPs and two ENTs and all four of these doctors have spent less than a minute discussing it and all have essentially boiled down to them telling me to suck it up. They didn't order any tests that could rule out treatable physical conditions that have been shown to cause tinnitus such as MRI for acoustic neuroma, or fluid in the middle ear. They only used the tool to look in your ear up to the ear drum and dealt with wax build-up. That is the entire extent of their investigation. I absolutely abhor the modern medical community. My chances of the tinnitus ever going away if something treatable is causing it is now way less due to them giving me this BS runaround. I'm going to try one more time, but now I'm at over a year of tinnitus and in that entire time it's likely that further damage is occurring if the cause is what I suspect it is (already ruled out hearing loss). I think in my 36 years of life and probably upwards of 50 different doctors seen, I haven't liked even a single one of them or felt that even a single one did their due diligence in addressing my concerns.
