This video literally changed my life. I suffered loud tinnitus for two months that started overnight. I was literally going insane. My Life came to a stop. Went to a chiro for the first time and showed them this video and got them to do the same procedure. Within two minutes it was all gone. The silence was so profound. I am sooooooooooooo happy now!!!!! Life has started again. 😀
Helo Synergy. I came across this video today. I've been experiencing ringing for atleast 8 days now. Do I do the exact same exercise shown by the doctor. Thk you for sharing your experience🌹From Cape Town South Africa 🌹
I hope it is working for you. I found doing it myself had minimal effect. It was the over pressure the chiro could do that did the trick. I should say I had a heap of x-rays done first before they did it.
@@cyrusmufc2914 I've noticed i get a little ring when my neck gets a bit stressed (muscles sore) though absolutely nothing like before and to be honest I'm probably being a bit critical. The ringing is very faint and lower tone (ambient noise is easily louder). Chiro has confirmed everything in alignment now and my muscles need to build up again. He's really good. I had to wait a couple weeks before we could do the stretching exercises as my atlas and c2 were out and he wanted to make sure they would stay in place. Getting the disks back into place reduced the ring but it was the stretching technique in this video that was like a magic wand for me. I walked out a different person. I do the stretching and exercising myself now and been noticing over time the frequency my neck gets tight is reducing. I just can't believe that little place in my neck caused all this fuss. Not in a million years would i have imagined such a problem and how bad it could be. My heart goes out to real sufferers who cant cure their tinnitus.

I have been hearing sound in my right ear for last two weeks. It has been bothering me very much for last two days. Today was worst therfore looking for different videos. Came across this one and I could fully relate to it. I did the exercise as the lady was doing and telling you the truth. I have made a major impact straight away. The sound came down from 8 to 1 or 2 straight away. I am a developer and sit in front of computer nearly all day. I thought it was due to my allergy or the workout but this video narrowed it down to mechanical issue. Thank you so much for doing such a great video. I hope it helps many other people as well. Thanks alot
@@BAP3221 mine has completely gone now. I dont know what worked for me but i tried many things and this was one of them. I also started running alot because i wanted to sweat my body. Did a lot of stretching exercises to ease my muscles. I thought that it could be due to my work routine.
@@izeekhan i think it was the stretching that helped you. I'm thinking it has to do something with your spine i read into it because people go to chiropractors and it drastically reduces or goes away
Dr. It's a superb video. Thanks a lot for that. It's more useful for all of us who is suffering from tinnitus if you clearly show the pressure points of back of neck and in horizontal positions. Thanks.
@@vikasagar9 where are you located please? What city and state? I've had Tinnitus for over 2 decades and it has never been as bad as it is now. Thank you.
I got Tinnitus during the Lockdown, started doing your exercises yesterday and it is already much better, Thanks and good luck to all poor people suffering.
Ey man, I am 23 years old and I got tinnitus since september from nowehere. When I do this excercises the Tinnitus gets fucking louder... For you how it is?
@@chok1169 You need to keep at it, this is not easy, I could tell a difference but when I bent my head to the side and up it would completely go away, yesterday was not a great day and sore muscles were killing me, no tinnitus today so I'm confident it's working. Yes, it can get louder.
Great video! I would like to post it on our website as an educational piece! We have had patients just like this lady. It's really incredible how mechanical restrictions in the neck can lead to some cranial nerve symptoms.
It took 64 years to get this freaking ring. Hope not to live enough to keep hearing it. I’ve been having it for 4 months. But you know what? When I’m busy I forget about it. So I try to do something all the time. Good luck to all the ones suffering from this beautiful ringing.
@@777syndrome a bit when I yawn but not when my head turns. I tried that manoeuvre (McKenzie perhaps?) and it didn’t help, but I am doing it off a video on my own so who knows. We just got notice of 28 days lockdown so I am on my own again for a bit. 😭
Doctor Agarwal You are the best! I notice your posture when sitting while doing the history. Not being mean just helping you be aware... I am working on my moms tinnitus. I used this technic to help her and it is working... Do you sell the neck strap that I seen in your other video?
I saw my GP just before COVID who sent me a consultant for tests. The consultant said "you have tinnitus and it is incurable, if it gets to much for you we will send you for counselling to help you cope". Only people who have it can know what torture this can be.
It's incredible, I tried it once and worked great!! I had the noise for about a month, not the tipical ringing, more a loud murmuring , but very annoying, since first thinking it was some machine or heating from neighbor's which might be hearable in my house, at last only I discovered it was the tinnitus. Today I tried your method and immediately had some relieve. I hope it lasts!! Thank you!!
A lot of mechanical issues in the spine occur after people under anesthesia and lay in one position for some extended period of time. Anesthesia causes relaxation of muscles and ligaments and makes it prone to bring on those mechanical issues.
@@vikasagar9 Hii doctor I also have loud ringing in my ears that appear to happen mostly at night (right when I'm attempting to go to sleep) For 3 weeks I been sick with an ear infection called Swimmers ear and I was prescribed augmentin and ear drops. After using augmentin (finishing it completely) and I was told to stop using the Ear drops (because once I used the ear drops 3 different times in a day for 3 days I was told to stop using it due to me reporting loud ringing and extreme dizziness) I also do work on a computer at least 8 hours a day and have a bad habit of slouching my back. Is it possible my ringing is caused by my back or by the ear drops or the antibiotic Augmentin? I never had this bad of ringing before and I cannot seem to sleep for the last 3 days in a row and I feel like I want to use some medicine to help me sleep but i've heard other forms of medicine may cause more ringing to occur? I'm extremely desperate to finally end this ringing... I cannot work like this or finally move to my new apartment across country with my condition like this.
@@vikasagar9Positive thinking, has kept me going, but it has been a battle. All this was due to a rallying incident, and a chain of medical blunders. Leaving me unable to walk without aids, due to dizzy spells, vertigo, and to cap it all off Tinnitus. Several years on, there has been little change....HELP ! ...
This video has really helped me greatly, it worse in the beginning when you start the exercise but gradually improves..I do the exercises every other day and its been a week, I see improvements already.. The ringing is still there but not as it used to be. I think the more one does the exercise, the better it gets.
This Clinician is amazing for a ENT MD. Uses as much manual therapy as a physical therapist or chiropractor. Clearly a lost art in the medical field including amongst osteopaths. Even if for tinnitus does not get dramatically improved patient probably could have better cervical movement in function which is worth it That's a beneficial side effect of treatment. Sorry for my biases but I'm a retired LMT and chiropractor. I suppose I use manual touch as when my barometers of clinical efficacy and clinical concern for the patient. Plus the amount of time in testing this condition is put into it. Great diagnostic process but if its regular in his practice all power to him. More referrals for Tinnitus related to cervical dysfunction should be referred to this His clinical realm.
Mine came on after an hour into an 8hr defensive tactics course; the first hour focused on controlled falling. I came off the mat with nearly zero heating in my left hear. The next day, the ringing started and hasn’t stopped for three months. What was even worse, the day after the training I had aggressive vertigo that was so bad I couldn’t stop the room from spinning; turning my head from side to side I could not get my vision to not spin- very scary. I could not maintain my balance, walk a straight line, drive, etc. I went to a hearing and balance specialist that put me through several tilted batteries that ultimately settled the vertigo, 80-90%. I still have the tinnitus none stop, but the vertigo is much better managed and decreased. I am convinced that something happened to my neck during the training. The severe vertigo did not manifest at all until the next day. The hearing in the left ear gradually came back, but with the onset of tinnitus that hasn’t not left. Likewise, the hearing in the left ear is heavily muted at frequencies above 3000hz. It feels like there is also blockage in my inner ear, keeping my left ear from being open and able to pick up those frequencies, like it will not drain.
Maybe there is also a problem in the eustatchian tubes? I woke up one day and my tinnitus was 10 times worse. I was told many different reasons. Were you able to resolve it?
I have vertigo for 5 years, And also have tinnitus for 2month, I feel like my bed is jumping all time, its feel like very bad, its really bad, i am crying for 5 years
This is great if the issue is simply and ONLY subluxation and muscular. But anyone with muscular atrophy, or even worse Cervical Instability this method will only be exploratory. Anyone with Instability will suffer with chin tucks, with potential Jugular Vein compression
This doctor is a genius. I have been experiencing ringing tinnitus in my right ear for the past few months. It was driving me crazy and affecting everything in my life. I was familiar with cervical retraction from past physical therapy, so gave it a shot and I cannot believe how much relief I have experienced. I had tried all sorts of things for the tinnitus, but never thought it could be related to the neck. Thank you thank you thank you.
@@admadm3885 yeah mine gets higher but I’ve been doing it for about two days now but also as I tuck my chin I push against my forehead to help get my head further back and my ringing has gone down from like a 8 to a 2.
Hey guys I also have tinnitus for 2 years. Due to my lack of knowledge I was unsure if the tinnitus was due to hearing loss or cervical trauma. I use to crack my own neck violently. I'm doing the exercises and I notice the tinnitus gets very loud during the movements. My question is has anyone experienced this and the tinnitus lessoned after steady use of exercise movements
Doctor it seems my tinnitus is also related to this mechanical issue in the neck. However whenever I tuck my chin and do the cervical retraction stretch my tinnitus gets louder. Which stretch should I do exactly?
Tried the treatment, 4 times, the volume of tinnitus reduced to near zero. Thank you , was Doctor, that’s the best treatment I’ve ever experienced for it. Magic, just believe it.
When testing and asking if she's still hearing the ring you should just have her close her ears as it is easier to tell whether or not ringing is still there
@@777syndrome mines too. I went to the chiropractor and she took X rays and said my vertebrae is misaligned. I hope therapy works and I’m also going to try to do this mama video!! Have you got yours resolved?
I was told that there is no actual cure for tinnitus from several audiologists/ ENT, they just want to give you a hearing test. No OTC medicine helps. I had it over 25 years. Sometimes it sounds like the sound cicadas make and from high pitch to low. So I just use white noise to deadened it when I sleep.
Superb! what a passionate Doctor. which state are you located in Doctor? She is suffering for 5 days I'm having ringing buzzing and whatnot for 4 months. my case is different. In the month of June, I had SSHL In the left ear so I visit the Emergency Care so Doctor checked my ear and she gave me a very low dose of steroids. there was no change so, after 3 days I visit Clinic, this time Doctor gave me Antibiotics. Unfortunately, there was no change. I went to the ENT Doctor. My luck doctor had no bedside manner he was so cold he was treating me as if I did something wrong and he diagnosed that I had SSHL and he gave me a very high dose of steroids for two weeks I went follow up with to ENT Doctor so he said nothing he can do and he asks me to check my ear with an audiologist. It is a horrible feeling
PLEASE HELP. Started 2 nights ago, sounds like buzzing of flies inside my ears. Went to the emergency room, and they said my left ear canal is red and inflamed. Left side of neck lymph node can be felt. Gave ibuprofen, 600mg every 8 hours, and if it doesnt get better in 3 days then should take these anti biotics. Any idea what this could be? Now i can hear whooshing of my heartbeat in my right ear. Is this temporary? will this go away after the "infection" subsides?
After 5 yrs of 24/7 rocking sensation and 3 yrs of 24/7 tinnitus I finally have validation. MRI with contrast revealed “small vascular loops adjacent to the cisternal segments of the cranial nerve seventh-eighth complex and trigeminal nerves”. No solution. But I’m validated.
Searched for a certified therapist in my area and found one. Have had 2 sessions and after each have noticed a difference. My tinnitus is in my left ear and when I do chin tucks and tilt my head to the left the noise changes volume and pitch. I’m also seeing an upper cervical chiro. I’ve only had this a little over 3 weeks and man am I sick of it already!
*Sounds like fluid in the middle ear. After a long and aggressive allergic or rinithis you can get eustaquian tube dysfunction. This can cause tinitus*
I've been dizzy for 8 years. It is not spinning it is like I am on a boat on waves. I have always had ear problems and I get ringing in my ears now and then until a month ago. It started to become constant. It sounds like when you turned an old tube TV on and it made that high pitched sound when the tubes were warming up. My feet from the ball of my foot to my toes are also numb. It feels like I have house slippers on, even if I take them off. I've had diabetes, nerve, and circulation test done. They all came back normal.
I had dizziness/vertigo for 3 weeks on the initial stages of my tinnitus, but eventually stopped. I think it's just your Eustachian Tubes getting used to the new developments of the muscles from the neck, which I think mine was caused by stress.
I've still got tinnitus which I've gotten used to, but I've still got ETD problems were my ears feel clogged, as they pop when I breath in or when there's certain loud sounds indoors.
Where in Missouri are you? Ive had tinnitus since 1989 & Mienere’s the last 3-4 years. I’m miserable with sudden onset’s dizziness & extreme nausea to the point of gagging! Thank You.
Wow, only 5 days. I'm still struggling after 20 months and I know more unfortunate people that have had it decades. It can drive you insane, especially when trying to sleep. I got it after a really heavy cold that infected my sinuses.

Hi there I’m from kcmo I also have tinnitus on both ears but more on the right ear. I was diagnosed with RA about 10 months ago and the ringing started about 7 months ago. I can’t sleep it doesn’t help my RA could you help figure out if it’s a side effect of my medication or anxiety please?
Anxiety definitely causes tinnitus.. When my anxiety levels were high i started getting ringing in my left ear.. Sad you have it in both i can imagine the torment you're having.. Tinnitus is hell smh.. Hope you get relief
Humm. Mt left ear humming started about a month ago. First I had lightheadedness for about 3 months then it disappeared then tinnitus took over. Mind not too loud so far but annoying. Yesterday's ear test did show more hearing lose In the left ear but combined my hearing was " normal "....
GReat video thanks for sharing this. although I wonder if you could achieve the same results by pushing on the patients Maxilla instead of the mandible? I wouldnt feel uncomfortable having my mandible pushed back like that knowing what I know, especially if someone has TMJ.
Thank you. Yes, I use maxilla instead of mandible in certain situations. Idea is to achieve translation of the cervical vertebra in anterograde-posterior direction. At the same time, keep an open mind about your TMJ also, It may not be the local TMJ problem, and instead coming from the neck.
@@vikasagar9 Thanks for the reply. Have you ever seen anyone with TM joint issues confirmed by xray/CBCT but stil found that the issue was mechanical from the neck? I mean to say that some people can show signs of issues in the joint but their symptoms might originate from somewhere else (neck)? I will have to look for a mckenzie therapist here in Australia
@@mrbrakelol Yes, I have seen quite a few TMJ patients. X ray, CT's do not confirm TMJ diagnosis. That is just a static image of a joint showing some anatomical changes which doesn't confirm the diagnosis. Anatomical changes are pretty common in all the joints of the human body and it has little co-relation with pain, etc. For TMJ patients, first mechanical cause of the neck needs to be ruled out. Once that is done and the situation is not resolved, then you work on directional preference repeated movements of the TMJ joint to see if that will resolve the problem. GO to McKenzie Institute Australia website. Peter Schoch is the Chairman there. You should be able to find a certified McKenzie therapist in your area.
You should film this again, but be sure the camera can see everything you’re doing. Too often you’re in front of the camera, or doing something behind her back, so we can’t see it all. Thanks.
My tinnitus started a year ago immediately after a neck massage by one of those home massage devices with the rolling balls. Been completely checked out and no cause found. Chiro and physio has not helped (sometimes made worse). Sometimes if I sit in an awkward neck position I get a brief high pitched tone momentarily. Any thoughts?
@A S you got it from a neck massage? No progress for me. Definitely muscle related up neck and jaw. Worse when I'm at the computer for long periods with that forward head posture. Doesn't bother me though.
Ive has tinnitus for 20+ years. Hear it non stop. I just ignore it. Sleep is no problem. I don't know what silence actually sounds like. I would love to experience it but idk if I could sleep without hearing the noise anymore
What's tragic is that many doctors just say there is no cure or that the only thing to do is take pills. This is true for almost everything. I bet most issues are caused by problems in lifestyle, exercise, foods, etc. Medical schools should also teachf health maintenance.
I ordered some herbal supplements for my tinnitus after so many years of ringing in my ears and it cured my tinnitus, all thanks to Dr Disu, for more information on RU-vid search for Dr Disu herbal clinic
