My husband and I decided to create this channel with the desire to:
1. Help ourselves learn how to cook.
2. We love traveling and trying new things specially eating food from other cuisine's and we noticed that Filipino Food is rarely found in the countries we have visited, if you find one they are only serving fellow kababayan's but never other nationalities and we assume that they will not like it.
3. I would like to prove the world that Filipinos have a good taste and style in cooking.

Te i tried it nilagyan ko ng halaya sa mixture masarap sya. But lagi ko problem is laging malagkit dough ko. Im using fast acting yeast here cause thats all we have here, and i used 3 cups apf. Malagkit ung dough at mahirap masahin. Turned out soft nmn sya even after 2 days. Un nga lang problem ko tlgang laging sticky dough.

Tried it but the texture is hard and tried the 2litters of soya and 1 cup of clear jelo I got the soft and yummy one but imagine I’m alone eating those Taho Jusko na purga ako sa dami 😂

Ngo hiong pa rin naman to pero this is not authentic. Hindi necessary ang meat. And then main filling should be ubod of coconut. Main alternate is bamboo shoot. Singkamas and banana ovary are last options.

Napakasarap nga po ng cheez pimiento homemade. Kaso napaka unhealthy din dahil sa dami ng fats content nito. Paminsan minsan na lang magpalaman nito para safe pa din sa ating kalusuguan. Hindi kasi siya nakakaumay na ipalaman sa tinapay kaya tyak mapaparami ang kain.
