Manuj is an IAS officer who secured AIR 53 in UPSC exam. He is an ex-NDA cadet, where he secured AIR 18 in UPSC NDA exam. He is also a TedX speaker.
He has authored a book on UPSC Answer Writing (The Kick A** Craft of Answer Writing). As a professional in the IAS, he served the people in Naxal area of Gadchiroli. Now he is posted in Jalna as CEO Zila Parishad.
Throughout his journey, he has come across many ups and downs. With his hard work, he was able to clear the UPSC exam till interview stage in all 3 attempts.
However, due to lack of preparation in answer writing & essay paper, he was unable to get top rank to secure IAS.
That’s why, he has decided to provide guidance to students of all backgrounds on this channel, so that they can learn about UPSC preparation and other life learnings

Sir your guidance is really helpful for us! Please it will be more helpful if you can tell some ways to write essay, How to just sit and write it and know what to improve and what's the right time to start for it
Very nice , help me a lot , BUT it is sad that today UPSC board members are giving marks on the basis of Higher class and Caste instead of merit and quality of candidates.
Hi sir, I want to bring this to your knowledge that all of my queries were not addressed during this seminar. There were many important questions that I asked in the Q n A section, but that organizer ( or I don't know who was that man; the one who was conveying the questions to u ) picked up only one query of mine. Sir, How would he know, which of our doubts / questions are important for us and which ones are not; such that he would pick up some of them and convey it to u !! Probably all of our queries were important, but he did not put all of them before you.. So please sir, it's a request; plz. Conduct ur future seminars on such platforms in a way, that u urself get to read all of our questions and answer them, we don't need any third party to intervene.. Or simply just conduct it on u tube, so that we all are free to put all of our questions before u through the comments, for u to address them.. plz sir.. Thank you.

is a ethical concern now a days a many Ias officer make a strategy video and spent a lot of time in YT. IS a right things ? is surely not hinder the profssional life ... I don't know ..
Is it necessary to attempt all questions in upsc mains. If someone is not able to complete the paper on time and he misses some questions in all the general studies paper, then what are the chances of his selection?
