UPSC Aspirant Dilemma: Studying Everything but NOT getting results | How to get over this problem 

Manuj sir , There is this scary feeling of failing again. It scares me , this is i think one of the reason I'm unable to devote my full focus to studies and fulfilling my day plans . I keep worrying and loosing trust in my learnings.

I want to crack UPSC CSE 2025 exam and I wonder that whether the beginner officer get UTs as their cadre or not. I want to get posted in kashmir and my home cadre is delhi. i would like to shift to kashmir due to personal reasons. So is it possible that after our training gets over, we are directly posted to the UTs? Or if i marry a kashmiri person then do i have a chance to get transferred to kashmir based on my marriage certificate? I need your help in this sir so please kindly help me!!!!
