@@tysonlarson1294 it is not in original condition anymore. Motor and transmission have been sold. It is LS swapped and is being outfitted with new interior pieces, bumpers and other bits
The Sunday course looked like fun and more of what I'm used to, full-course outlines marked, no slaloms. The weather looked ruff for you guys. Good for all of you Juan, Matt, the Hill's and that white C3 with the red stripe with the Phoenix crew. Cool pictures and cool video.
Nice to watch your video. Our mail Lady has her own schedule as well, inconsistent with the Post Office schedule. I think it's that way nationwide, ha ha.
Hello, sir. This is Mercado from Douglas. Awesome channel! New subscriber #964.👍🏾👍🏾 Like#9 Thumbs up for your video. Have a great day! 👍🏾 Greetings from Tucson, Arizona. 🌵🌵😊🇵🇷
The straight 6 only lasted about 20 miles before the fuel pump died. The 5.7l LS motor still lives on in our Scout project. The F100 now sports a 6L LS.
My Dad bought a scout brand new in 1977. The dealership was on 27th ave south of Bethany home road. Probably the same place the original owner of your Scout bout his. My dad had his until he passed in 2001. Lot of memories in our Scout
Haha. At 6:32 You mention Chris loaning the Mac pivot. I had to stop and go look in the garage because I didn't recall dropping mine off. You meant the other Chris!
It’s a setup I put together myself. It’s a combination of Competition Engineering parts and some brackets I made up. The lower links are on sliders for vertical adjustment. The upper is offset to the right and extends behind the axle to gain some extra length in the available space. Currently using an adjustable panhard bar.
I am really glad I stumble across this project to get me back into gear working on my '76. As to the never ending project comment you guys are making progress in leaps and bounds, good on you guys for that! Mine has been a start, stop project going on 13 or 14 years. Had two kids and that time frame and the Scout took a back seat as to be expected, but now the kids want to be involved in the restore so we are starting it back up. So again thank you for the motivation and good work!
That’s awesome the kids wanna be involved. The next generation of gear heads. Good luck with your 76 project. We’re hoping to make steady progress. Any progress is progress right?
Just picked up a 1964 Honda 90 CT200 for 500 bucks. has good compression and if the miles are accurate 2,200 on it. It's in really good shape seat and all except the air tube is completely wrapped with black electrical tape and the back of the muffler rust holes which is really common for these. I haven't tried to start it other than just kicking it over to make sure it does and felt good for compression. He gave me the battery that needs to be replaced or a charge. I ordered an adjustable work stand and cover, but it is under my portable garage cover currently. Sweet little trail bike to play with over the winter months in my shed.
Love your vids, but please wear safety glasses while cutting and grinding! It only takes one chip from a cutting or grinding disc to change your life forever. Be safe!
That Chevelle is well-ventilated I don't know it may have more drag on the airdynamics though 😉 In a straight line race I think this car is already done great in the shootout because it's survived 🤣
