The following comment is about Abhijit Chhavda's criticism of Vir Das about this : Abhijit talks about Vir trying to get into the inner circle of Hollywood and Political climate of America by saying 'diminishing' things about India.... But i could say the same thing about Abhijit and all those who are against Vir... They too are trying hard to let the World as a whole know only about the 'Good' side of India by cherry picking good stuff and deliberately avoiding the bad side of india by arguing that 'its an internal matter and doesn't need to be showcased to the entire world and that its something we gonna deal with internally or that it has already been showcased multiple times on international media...' What inner circle are they trynna get into? Aren't they also trying hard to be known and accepted by the world as a whole? Im sorry but if Abhijit's whole argument is that vir is trying hard to cater to a certain type of international audience merely to be accepted by them ...then what does his own statement say about him trying to defend india? Isn't he himself also trying hard to be accepted by a certain other type(perhaps larger than Vir's audience) of international audience? So he's the very thing he's criticising.
First of all he didn’t say anything wrong or any lie that degrades india this is india we do live in 2 indias and Americans also live in 2 americas British also live in 2 Britain everyone live in a country which has 2 sides of it good and bad vir das just pointed out all the good and bad things about india some of the flaws as we Indians have that makes india good and bad and divides it this is the truth and people dont like the truth everyone just covers their eyes when truth is shown to them they are blindsided immediately people talked alot about this and hated him made a big deal out of it i never saw this video before never payed attention to any stupid drama that people poured their life in but after Kolkata rape case i think people are the villains and not him people did not talk about the actual real issue that we have for example women’s safety in our beloved india we all know how safe women are in india not just women but young girls old ladies and any female at any age even a 6 year old girl is not safe Indians dont talk about that enough but they talk shit about him and vir das is great artist btw he really knows to write and has the courage to write the truth and then deliver it in the purest form to the audience and the audience many of them dont know how to take it noone not even vir das but Indias and only indians let down indai always and it is not a gold bird india anymore all thanks to the indians the bird is on the verge of death forget about gold bird india (sone ki chidiya bharat ) and he forget to talk about our super strong harsh laws which never seem to work or punish any criminals or rapists properly he forgot to talk about our very nice police force that is never present on the scene or if present then does nothing but take and follow orders from some big wealthy politicians who control them and buy them bribe them to close the case demolish the evidence and save their people who commited crime or rape he forgot to talk about our amazing education system which beeds alot of changes and upgrading and new approach he forgot about our indian society which is still not progressive but very much regressive idk how and why he forgot about how students are torchered by everyone for marks and ranks until they give up on life and hang themselves as an exit route from those hard situations he was not wrong and he believes there is a goid and bright side to india and he wants it to grow and take over the dark bad side thats what he believes and asks everyone else to focus on and work on he never said anything wrong or degrading towards india jai hind🙏🇮🇳❤✨

Okay, where’s the lie? I hated this guy for this video but lately things that are happening in India (gang rapes and no action being taken against them, vandalism, looting the middle class etc) this guy spoke the truth.
