The thumb rule is that, even if a genuine abdominal pain patient comes, and if we doctors suspect appendicitis and open the abdomen and find it normal, we still take it out because- 1. It does no function in humans, it's a rudimentary organ. 2. There's risk of future appendicitis if we leave it behind because it's quite common in young people and children (10% and above). 3. Appendix may be obstructing some other structure causing the pain, which may not have been visible during surgery.
@@nilabjamajumdar7053 Wrong. Its use is unknown. There's a major difference between "useless" and "of unknown use". Just because we don't know what it does doesn't mean it's bad. We just know that removing it doesn't affect the body much if ever. Do Your Research **PROPERLY** .
Vir Das is not competing with comics in any specific demography. He is striving to be one if the best comics in the world. Like, you take the name of a Dave Chapelle or a Bill Burr or a Norm Macdonald, the world will acknowledge a certain Vir Das. Peace.
When I first watched this on Netflix i thought he is lying..but when he showed his scar I was like wtf.... Become his fan ever since.. Also the quality of content that he produces..The other Indian comics are not even in his league forget comparing.
@@beactivebehappy9894 That's the whole point...He had built up a fantastic story-joke around that scar,just to show you do not need to think somebody is telling the truth to enjoy what they are talking about.It doesn't matter what made him have a scar,what matters is that you laugh at it when he uses the scar as the punchline.

Me and my friends actually experimented this, we all put our phones together and talked about hair fall, in next two days we all suddenly got ads for hair treatment products! I lied about my tummy hurting in 11th standard to escape JEE coaching classes and the doctors ( from a small town, without much experience or expertise)took that to be appendicitis and operated me 😅 enjoyed watching someone tell my story 😂😂😂
You are actually supposed to take it out once you have made the incision even if it is perfectly healthy because the scar would suggest in the future that the appendix has been taken out which might lead to some confusion.

Religion is just a story........ remember when we were kids our grandparents told us great weird beautiful stories, this proves older generation people had not much work to do no stress and thus they had great imagination power. They were able to imagine things and create stories in their mind. ....... maybe this is how religious stories were wrote.

Vir das should accept the fact that he is a better actor and writer than a comedian. This is cringy man, the standard of comedy has gone too low because of these wanna be comedians. I feel like forgetting that i watced him in Go Goa Gone and Delhi Belly🥲
