Hey Joe, awesome looking forward to your trapping videos. I totally agree with on the silly, makes no sense trapping restrictions. Lynx are not endangered , the population is great and sustainable and one of the reason for this is because we trap them just like the other fur bearers which keep them thriving and healthy. We Manage our lines. I am from Canada and Northwestern Ontario. Our beavers and otter starts on October 5 and the rest of the fur bearers start October 25. Those boxes you have to make are crazy. I saw a guy tagging a fisher in Jackman yesterday. I’ve seen two lynx in the last couple years hunting up north. One I watched stalking 3 turkeys for 5 minutes. It froze like a bird dog anytime the turkeys would stick their heads up to look around. One of the coolest things I’ve seen in the outdoors. I can’t wait to see you and Donnie up to camp trapping. Hopefully with some deer hunting mixed in there.
