Who's Papa Wheelie?? I'm paralyzed and a true adrenaline seeker. I'm a husband and a father of boy/girl twins. I got the name Papa Wheelie because if it'll pop a wheelie, I'm going to try it!!!
Literally just rebuilt the pedal box in our pickup, and it was crazy rusty, we have a sand blaster at work, but this would have been easier! I'll be gittin me some molasses!
I think you definitley covered stuff that others have not on this type of modification. For all those thinking of a F100 coyote swap the one question you need to answer first is what are you going to do with the front suspension, Mainly 3 choices, Keep I beam front end and convert to disc brakes, Crown vic front end with steering rack, or go the QA1 route for front suspension. Those really dictate what route you go on some stuff. Thanks for the info on the PS resevoir, I had not decided on what I was going to do. I am liklely going to paint my champion radiator too, great idea. My F100 is well on the way, but not to the point of it driving. For anyone thinking of this 2 great places to keep in mind are PBH which was mentioned in the video, and Fat Fender Garage. There are different ways to approach this and each one of those can be your supplier of parts depending on how you might do yours.
Thank you!! And thanks for adding some info! I was lucky when I ordered my champion radiator because they offered it in black and with Coyote size outlet and inlet. Kind of cool that they offer it like that now! That'll be awesome when you're able to drive yours! I absolutely love driving mine!!
ok, i just gotta say that this was very informative and comprehensive. it's loaded with information. and it has stuff i didn't know i needed - like the heater hose mod, among other things. one question i had has to do with the wiring. did you use the ford control pack? or do you use the stock engine harness and the PBH engine harness with the stock harness. i missed what wiring was used.
Thank you very much! It could be a little confusing because it was to me at first. I used the factory transmission and engine harness. Then I used the PBH "body" harness with the fuse panel and relays. My short description of it is at 15:27 in the video. Let me know if you need any other help!
Unfortunately I don't. It's been a bunch of years since we built the carts. I believe it was a 1500 Watt motor and speed control combo from electricscooterparts.com and a pair of 48v lithium packs from eBay wired in parallel. .
I see you that you guys prefer the pipe c-notch instead of the big c-notch that i see other builder use. Is one better then the other?. Keep up the good work, guys are rockin it. F100 for life.
Thanks!! Both notches are a good way. If you do a big one you'd have to cut into the bed. On a limited space notch I like the heavy pipe notch because round has less joints so it's stronger. We definitely box the frame as well after putting the pipe notch in.
It's easiest with 48 volts, but it can be done on 36. You'll want a good speed control and an upgraded motor helps. The stock motor starts running a bit hot when you push it too hard.
@@Gymclassisgoat 36v is usually just fine in the stock motor. Once you do 48v they start getting a bit hot. That's why we made those dual motor plates, because the motors ran a lot cooler.
@@Bbbbad724 the other yellow truck has a mild 351w in it. Currently that one is getting a 408 stroker, afr heads, cam, etc. We put a Holley Sniper on both trucks.

Yeah baby! It tickles me everytime i see burnouts on a road caz i grew up racing and hell raising. We weren't bad just wild,but we didnt get stupid with it either. Jus good ol boys,and gals,thats all
