It's really cool that you have a place like this to learn off road skills in a controlled environment with instructors. I can tell you had a blast, and learned a lot about the LC abilities and limits. Great video as always.
Excellent use of your time to learn up the Basics of 4-wheel driving, using your very OWN "teh-tarik" Land Cruiser. You had definitely gained some good hands-on drive and feel at this very ideal course.About the discovery of a "worn CV joint",it was obviously audible when your vehicle was making some serious mid-to-severe steering turns! Hope you will take it for immediate replacement before any unpleasant incidents, happen.
Definitely useful. I'm not a beginner in offroad driving but I decided to take proper offroad course a few years back amd it really improved my knowledge in handling a 4wd safely.
Jun you are such a sensible young woman going to learn how to do four wheel driving. You look like you had a wonderful time, so much to learn. Well done !
Congratulations, now you can take your 4WD dreams further into the jungle terrain wilderness with more confidence tackling difficult obstacles along the way. Looking forward to more videos of your wild camping wilderness into the beautiful jungle of trees, rivers and waterfalls.
He is a great instructor. I can tell he has a lot of off-roading experience with manual 4WD like yours. I have a modern 4WD truck with the latest technologies available so the things like engine braking on hill descent is all done in a single button for mine. That is why I need to take the same course to be able to learn about the manual version of it all. Good luck.
This is awesome Jun. Your expressions when driving your Toyota was priceless. Good to get good experience with your truck. 🥰 When ever you get to travel the world come to Canada and I will show you some good off road areas. 🙏🏻
I don't own a 4WD vehicle and have no plans to get one, but I still watched the whole video; it was very interesting. Derek is a competent instructor. Jun, thanks for taking us along to learn more about your vehicle. 😀
Nice restoration. Glad to see the Landcruiser getting used, not sitting in a shed. I hope you do get to overland the world one day... and make it soon!
Sound just a course but it really learn alot from a person who never been to offroad of all the skill, technical, tested your own car up grated components and especially trainer always remind and caring of safety....thank of your group showing this video....
Thnx so much Jun for sharing with us your experience with M4Trec...and how useful having a portable compressor...a cute yet very handy stuff especially when we're in the middle of nowhere... Thanx again and cheers!! Stay safe always...👍🏻
What a great place for taking a course and a very helpful instructors too. Good job Jun and congratulations for the course you've join successfully👍🏻👍🏻👏👏
Another good video from you :) You only learn 4x4 driving by experiencing it :) Here in Finland, winter makes it a challenge to drive on mud tires all the time, with them you can go where you always wanted :) With a winch you can go where you can't go by car.
Once you get to know the limits and capabilities of your 4WD you'll love it. BTW, there aren't many terrains that a properly modded 4WD can't go, the only thing that you'll need to worry about is you may need a change of pants.....
The Jimny is really underated! It's actually much as most perceive it as a lifestyle vehicle or even wanabe, it's actually quite capable pushing it thru off roads..
Jun very informative and good driving skills from our instructor. Bravo uncle did learn some skills on off road driving. Will try it out next week.Thks again.
