You may not think that impact is laid within that context… but it’s there. The regional work of translational medical eco systems and larger but overlayed (not exactly) energy/infrastructure design thinking… can help create the space to see these matters in better local and larger contexts. The health interoperability and insights and implementation work… human rights needs to be a baseline. But, there is tremendous upside if we can better safe guard persons and peoples’s information. Patient and patient populations. There will be greater understandings and connections of health and climate. These things are pretty clear already. The economic realities and opportunities are very real… as such… protection and engagement by communities raises dramatically in importance. History plays roles as insights and work, but does not own the now… but, it matters, there’s not much hope in better without improvement.
