For 23 years I have worked within the creative industries. My roles have spanned graphic design, web design, web development, photography, video, animation, Adobe training and elearning.
I am an Adobe Certified Instructor in 7 programs and have spent years training people how to use Adobe software.

if I have this in 3d geometry, how do I reduce the polygons afterwards so I don't have a bunch of unnecessary loop cuts through my model? ie: only have the necessary geometry right where the circle is, then reduce it down to as few edges going through the rest of the model as possible.
For anyone whose Sculpt Mode brush suddenly stop affecting their model, and they find this otherwise useless video, check if you have chosen a Shape Key other than Basis. The brush will not work until you select away from the model's shape keys. You're welcome! :)
This is not working for me. I reset my preferences thinking that would help but the location does not show in the "folders" view on the left, Any ideas? I use Bridge all the time and have been searching for a fix. Really want this to work!
Thank you....I've been looking for this...This is how I remember adobe products used to be on Mac, free floating without the frame...I'm glad I can go back to it, instead of the windows way...
When I follow your instructions, and copy and paste from a rtfd document, the typeface and point size are maintained, but italics, bold, and color are lost.
@@MichaelBullo If I paste into Microsoft Word, all of those attributes are retained. In fact, I was going to use Microsoft Word rather than InDesign, until I found out that Microsoft Word has a limit to the number of text boxes that can be linked. Full disclosure: I'm using very old versions of both programs on an old system.
@@JohnAMozzer The old software could be your issue. I recommend posting on the Adobe InDesign forum and mention the specific versions that you are using. It's also possible to place a Word file into InDesign. You may have more luck retaining formatting using that method. Best of luck.
@@MichaelBullo nope I saw many videos related to it with my pen buttons I can only get options or zoom in and out with it when I click it but i wanna move it 360 degrees coz I'm learning sculpturing in blender and its so hard for me to again and again switch from mouse to pen just to rotate
@@Rin-iy4ko I highly recommend giving it a try. I constantly use my mouse and trackpad simultaneously and I find it a fantastically efficient way to work.
After hours of trying, I still couldn't make it work even though I did the same thing. The initial LoopTools setting is not showing up, there are only 13 settings and LoopTools is not among them. I'm going crazy!!! Could someone help me?
Is there any way to set every content in all tables to look like financial formats | (1) | ----------------------- | 12345 | | 45 | | 367 | | 2 | Like this... So it's centered but right-aligned at the same time. I wonder there's a script for this, I'm willing to learn this.
Could you achieve what you want with a Paragraph Style? Indents and Spacing > Alignment > Right Indents and Spacing > Right Indent > XXmm PS: This is without a doubt the most beautifully formatted comment I’ve ever seen ;)
@@MichaelBullo the result is good. But what i'm looking for is a script that automates this, makes its own adjustment by calculating the length of the longest word(s) inside a column inside its cell and use the cell's width to center right-aligned those whole table cells respectively to the longest words
@@sightfield Nice. Have you found the Adobe InDesign forum? Lots of InDesign experts hang out there, including people who do a lot of scripting. I recommend you post there. Good luck.
Technically it is the associated xmp file that is loaded. Move the xmp (or delete it ) and the raw file will be as before. The raw file is unchanged - photoshop or lightroom just will load an xmp file of the same name if present.
