Only reason I can think of, would be the devs wanting to give players the chance to customize their rivals. But considering all the custom sprites, and them NOT giving one to the rival, seems like a massive oversight on their part.

@@chloranusvennhrer1855 There really aren't any duelist from yugioh other than Viper who could be the Poison Gym leader. All the other Gym leaders were from DM, so I thought it could be Panik, but we'll just have to wait and see ;)
You know what would've made Triamids stand out? If their field spells were instead monsters that could treat themselves as field spells. I mean, Kingolem and Cruiser already look like monsters.
8:00 I can relate. In the recent WCQ on master duel, I decided to play Ogdoadics for fun after reaching max level. I found the deck to be unplayable... no matter the circumstances. I'd hit them with evenly matched, and my play's would be hit by 3 disruptions from the hand/GY. If I go first, I'm staring down 3 to 4 hand traps and several one card starters. Competitive yugioh isn't fun right now. Every deck is 15-20 hand traps and 15 low-cost one card starters. The game might as well be poker but you can't trade cards.

I agree when you say that the Gym Leaders could be a little more themed, the amount of Spance Mambos and Mimicats is starting to get ridiculous; however that would take away the charm of the randomizer so "it is what it is". Was actually THIS close to taking Edgy off the team, if he hadn't evolved when he did. Luckily level 28 was the magic number, but now I gotta figure out when he'll evolve again!(that, or find an eviolite)

"Mad Clown" Kiara is a great addition to the team, but the loss of Lola hurts alot. Great moveset, great stats, and our first capture, She was a true contender for mvp. It took a God to take her down, and Lola will be missed.

You're very welcome :) I enjoy giving my hard working Pokémon some custom sprites. With the tough start to this run, I felt that it was past time to give the team some love. (Also now regretting giving kissymissy the full lips: I'll have to think of something truly terrifying for Kiara now!)

A couple more magnets would do me just fine, but I really do wonder about that Venom support. It's feels oddly intentional that Konami hasn't touched those yet.

@@TheMemphisxlr8 thank you thank you ok hmm so I noticed your deck had a bit more consistent build I think that's pretty cool but why did you not add any of the hand trap dinowrestler in it you know the ones that protect you from and loosing you monsters
@@rubyferrell2448 so if I remember correctly, I had this idea that if my opponents were going to get rid of my Dinowrestlers, it'd be outside the battle phase more often than not, so I decided then that the hand traps weren't going to work out. If I was to run the hand traps, Martial Anga & Ampelo would be fine at 1-2 apiece. Not too sure about Ankylo.
@@TheMemphisxlr8 that does make cense after all they are pretty good in battle also why didn't you put dinowrestler fusion in the deck or if you wanted to get out chimera t wrextle use kaitoptera after all he does add polymerization to your hand and what would you about haveing the level 6 dinosaur monster you know the new one dinovater
@@rubyferrell2448 I experimented with the Fusion, but it always took so much to make that I opted to focus on the Synchro instead. Just an easier card to make.
