Damn, we support the criminal in Moscow. Putin can only be defeated if we implement an immediate energy-saving lockdown. No more private trips. Heating only at night and only one room with light and electricity, you can simply set that at the fuse box.... Cities could, for example, switch off every second street lamp and companies could switch off their neon signs. We can initially hold back driving to pure business trips and hospital trips, etc....!!! Stop driving now!!!!!!!
Minor point.. On the 62 and 63 MGB the small "triangular" bits of metal in the rear below the trunk/boot lid below the rear tail lamp assemblies above the bumper, were painted the same color as the car. In 1964 they were left bright metal. Is that the original grill with riveted slats/vanes rather than pressed ? Very nice restoration. I sold my 64 last year and missed it terribly so bought another., a 63 in Tartan Red.
See.... THIS is what I want. IMHO, the C3 is the best looking Corvette. But the horsepower sucks after '72 or so because of emissions rules. So, drop an LS in it!
i love the later model spoiler they look terrible when they just slope down. that's been a car i have been dreaming about building. only thing id do different is the rims
Very nice. I've always felt that the 74-82 Corvette were prime candidates for restomod. Mostly weak 70s engines that nobody will hate you for yanking. Great lines. I'd do exactly what is seen here: leave the body alone, upgrade the engine, trans, brakes, and suspension to modern stuff. Well done sir. Though I'd do mine in blue.
@@josephconigliaro1043 Hi. I have two cars in line already. A 1980 I restored 32 years ago and a recently acquired 68 MGC GT. In addition my wife is recovering from a stroke and her medical care also keeps me super busy as she recovers. I'm in California. I can give you only advise/guidance at this point. Let me know.
There was no difference in the "home market cars " and the export cars for 62-64 other than the location of the steering wheel and pedals. 110 MPH is dreaming unless downhill with a tail wind. No need to exaggerate a wonderful stock car. I have a 63 and a 64 and both are in tip top shape and with hot cams and other goodies.. 105 maybe.
