What is deal with your customer service. Do they even exist bcuz i haven't seen 1 shred of evidence of them and now i own a ten point crossbow with excellent warranties and customer service
The reticle is calibrated to the speed of your crossbow. You are setting the speed ring to the correct magnification so your reticle drops are accurate.
What if the cross hairs need to come up about 4” but it ran out of space to move? At 20 yards it hits about 4” high every time and I can’t get it to turn anymore
Verify that your scope ring mounts are both on the same orientation. Try tapping your scope turrets lightly to “set” your adjustments. You can also try backing the adjustment backwards 20 clicks and see if any movement. If none of that works, email contact@killercrossbows.com
Crossbow now ships less assembled than what this video covers. Video needs to be updated and the instructions need to be updated. I eventually figured it out but a purchaser should not have to struggle putting this thing together given there is little tolerance for getting it wrong.
This scope reticle is calibrated based on the speed that the crossbow shoots. You are essentially setting the scope to a precise magnification where your reticle drops are accurate to the speed of the arrow. You don’t adjust the magnification after sighting in.

Also how does zooming effect where the arrow hits? For example a rifle scope don’t work that way it just zooms, what makes this scope effect where it hits when you zoom?
Gotta say getting the cable slide piece to stay on while putting it into the stock is kind of a pain. When I try mine doesn’t just stay on. Wants to fall off very easily. Several attempts to get this step done. After that easy as can be.
Awesome scope. Just the IR knob is weak and becomes loose for no reason. Customer Service waiting a reply to see their response. Order in Jan put on in August for this season. Taken deer and plan to take more!
Yes, you can use the rail lube on strings and cables as well. We do not recommend string wax on the center serving that meets the barrel because wax is too viscous. String wax is better on the serving that wraps around the cams.
I was walking through Cabela's in Edmonton Alberta and as always i found myself passing by the crossbows, Vital X instantly jumped at me with its sleek and compact look. After circling the store a few times i ended up buying it, I'm hoping to go sight it in today, my only decision now is will i keep my CP snipper elite 370 as a backup or will i sell it lol. I do believe i will have fun with vital X, my first killer instinct xbow

I plan on picking one of these up once I get some money together, very impressed with the one my hunting buddy has, shot it a few times is blew my socks off on how accurate balanced and quiet it is, literally all I can think about right now is taking one out and bringing home a deer!

It doesn’t actually work as a zoom scope. When you set the speed ring to the speed your crossbow is shooting, that is essentially the magnification that is calibrated to the reticle for that speed.
My eyes are getting older and my shoulder isn't what it use to be. I just converted to crossbow and ordered a vital x. Can't wait to see what I can do with it.
