I'll make this easy for everybody trying to figure out which direction the cable slide is inserted. It is confusing because of the language you've used and the lack of close-ups in the video. All you have to say is this: The cable slide is snapped onto the cables from the right side as the crossbow would normally be held for shooting. The DEEPER groove in the slide is oriented toward the FRONT of the crossbow, the shallower groove in the slide is oriented to the rear of the crossbow. You're welcome.

I must say, i heard from K.I. and they explained what was going on. There taking care of my problem and that speaks volumes about customer appreciation and customer service. 👍
You have a KI 405 with a cracked limb too ? I didnt register mine in time so my warranty is void. But i just bought the KI 370. So i wont have to worry about limb issues .. .👍
Great crossbow for the price. Really fast and accurate. But I would make the directions for assembling a bit clearer. The photos aren't the best and simple drawings would be easier to make out. I missed attaching the cable slide until I had already assembled the crossbow. But I was still able to get it attached with little difficulty.
The string on my boss 405 rubs the rail quite a bit and now the string is already shot, the green dampeners on the string itself just fell off, and its heavily frayed where it slides down the rail and i have used rail lube religiously, every 5 to 10 shots. With that being said everything else is great about it and the price is good just wish the string didn't wear so fast, my buddys is doing the same thing also.
Does anyone besides me think there bow is overly noisy? Maybe it’s just me sense this is my first crossbow. I have the Ripper 415. And what I mean by noise is on the release. It sounds very loud. It’s the only complaint I have. This bow is extremely fast. I’ve had it for about 2 years now and still don’t have my first kill with it. Not the bows fault at all. Just wanted to hear others opinions. Thanks
