@@Ben-ic1ve thanks Ben! Yes indeed I’m a „sonor guy“, but I do some other acoustic drum brands demos every once in a while too (like Yamaha, drumcraft a.o,). Thank you for the kind feedback!
Hi, is it possible to upload samples that are not from drums? Let's say my band wants to play Radiohead's Karma Police, but we don't have a piano/keyboard player. Could I upload the piano intro to the DP2000 and trigger it when hitting one of the pads? Thanks in advance for any useful information on this. I am deciding about buying it.
@@aorock747 I haven’t tried this yet, but you can load your own samples to the dp2000, so if there’s no limit in sample length it should work. Also you can play wav music files from USB stick, you’ll find more info on www.nuxaudio.com/dp2000.html
@@bertopanadero3468 Thanks pal, that’s great to hear! All pads I have used are NUX pads also, they told me these should be available separately. I’ll try to find out from where those can be ordered! Kind regards

Awesome playing and awesome sound. What mis are you using?
Ralf, can you share with us what that fill is that you play fairly often? It sounds like a triple feel incorporated with a paraparadiddle with the kick mixed in at 1:58 and again at 2:39
Hey Johnny, thanks a lot! The sounds are coming out of the Roland TD-50X module though. And you should definitely check out AE Hybrid drums/cymbals too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ojkB4hfMONw.html Kind regards!
Ralf is such a beast!! Quick question? my church has the td50x kit and currently I do not like the sound out the box at all through the PA. Which sound kit is it you are using in this video?
Thank you very much! For the beautiful machines I had used customized kit sounds with additional layered drum samples from the album production. Kind regards!
Hey this seems like a decent entry. I just checked and RRP is £850. That’s really decent and triggering seems good too. Sure the sounds ain’t VST level but you can’t expect that as this price point. Besides, as I’m sure it’s got midi, VST can be triggered later on. But for its level, sounds are good.
Thanks pal, I've been here the whole time 😀 actually I'm doing more content than ever (mostly acoustic drums stuff during the past months because of Agean Cymbals Germany). BUT there will be a HUGE wave of electonic drums videos coming soon. Kind regards, R
Hey Matt, thank you so much, sure I still do lots of videos, that's my main daily job actually 🙂 You gotta subscribe to digitaldrumming so you keep up with new material, I've been super busy producing loads of videos for other companies since I quit working for drum-tec last year. As mentioned in one of the other comments, there are several exciting new coops that will eventually bring up incountable electronic drums videos later this year ;-D Kind regards!
pretty impressed by the shallow birch ! Also the coppers sounded great !! And I'm really surprised that the 5.5 maple had more punch than the 6.5 maple......😅 Good snare drums for affordable prices !
Ok... After I listened a few times and really stop to think.. Honestly they are very similar and for the price point the Warm Audio WA 412 is VERY GOOD!! But what I've learned over the years (30 yrs as a live/ studio engineer) is you have to listen and consider how the tracks add up. I did notice that when listening to the tracks through the API - overall there was a cohesiveness to the drums. So if we apply that overall it's clear that the API comes from a legendary pedigree console for a reason. Yet... there is not one ounce of 'less than' if your budget says Warm Audio. If anything they've given more 'talent entrance' into the game. You brought us a step forward with this info. Your content is exceptionally great!! Thank you for sharing... 🙏
Hi, the multipad has additional connectors for a bd pad, a hihat controller and another pad. I chose to use the external pad as hihat, the control pedal lets you play open/close. Kind regards!
Hi, I used the bd pad, hh controller pedal and a cymbal pad from the NUX DM210 kit. Unfortunately NUX is not yet offering individual pads yet, but they will hopefully do that soon and/or offer the whole as a bundle. Kind regards!
The DW sounds are outstanding, I also imagine the sensitivity of the drum-set. I noticed that the site has nothing in stock; do you have a review of this electronic drum brand? Seems much more professional than other’s brands.
really good to hear you play. You make it sound so gound. I notice you change the drum heards for evans on the toms. Could I know which drum head model you are using on the kick to sound like this ? best regards 🙏
is it works if its expanded with a ride cymbal pad and if we hit it hard we can have a crash sound too? bcs someone say the module of dp 2000 is the same with nux dm7x. Ur answer will help me so much sir thank u😇
