I am excited to see the cruise! I fly out of Boston a lot and wondered about that lounge, looks like it might not be worth it. But yeah, Amsterdam is on my list because it's so cheap from Boston. Thanks for the video! Did you feel like 4 days in Amsterdam was enough?
@@threelittlepotters That lounge is pretty awesome… it’s brand new. The reviews are really great, but we have yet to make it in there. I am headed to Medellin, Columbia in 6 weeks so I will get to see it soon. 🤞🏽🤞🏽 We could have been in Amsterdam (2) more days and seen more museums and had more food. It’s very expensive, so four days was all we could afford 🥲. The 12 days cruise was awesome and in episode (3) we plan to show the full cost of the 17 days. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you go there on either June 20th - June 21st or December 20th - December 21st for the summer or winter solstice respectively then you can touch the stones and watch the sunrise celebrations. By the way, the stones are always warm to touch! I have photos of my friends sitting on top of them!

@IramisandGerry Check on the website for the arrangements for next summer solstice but remember that there'll be around 20,000 other folk going there at the same time! Winter Solstice can get very cold so wrap up warm but there won't be so many people there!

Wow! 🎉Congrats on the weight loss. I try to limit my carbs & I'm pretty good about getting my steps in. My biggest failure is not resisting that darn dessert bar on the cruise ships! I gotta do better. Thanks for the inspiration!
You can do it! That dessert bar is one of the reasons we don’t go to the buffet! The soft serve ice cream is directly next to it on smaller ships. After 25 cruises this last one changed the way we both approach the food. I know it was about the walking. On average we got 10K steps, but 10 out of the 17 days we got 15K-20K steps in and over 10 flights of stairs. We are headed on to the NCL Viva for Thanksgiving 7 day. Let’s see how we do on that one! All those What Ifs run through my head! What if my place is too messy? What if the horses and dogs are muddy? What if I'm boring? My own family has not been terribly supportive. They've told me my videos are boring and I should film cooking videos instead! I've had criticism or just total disinterest. So i gave up trying to please my family or anyone. If I entertain myself that's good enough for me. 😂
You keep doing your thing your way!!! Sometimes I watch other peoples videos and compare them to mine and think “wow, my video suck” then I look at my newer stuff and see the improvement. I am keeping my head down and doing it my way. If I have a “hater” then I have MADE IT! It takes a lot of courage to put ourselves out there. I don’t see the haters doing it themselves… they can kiss my puertorican butt🇵🇷🫣💗
@@IramisandGerry Lol. You come from a feisty hot blooded culture! I was raised to be a 'nice' girl, to be seen but not heard. It does take courage to speak your truth to the world. I am very cautiously and slowly walking into the cold shark filled ocean of youtube. Some people can dive in and take the shock of the coldness but I will do it my way and I particularly don't like getting my bellybutton wet. Lol.
Nice to meet you both. I had heard that buying in Puerto Rico is tricky to do. . . and that you can get taken advantage of. I'd thought about it for my wedding photography because here in Maine the season shuts down in the winter, but I thought somewhere warmer I would have more opportunities. In the end I was mostly afraid of the traffic and the aggressive drivers and ruled it out.
Hi! Thank you for the comment. It means a lot to us. Growing our channel takes a lot of effort. Puerto Rico continues to be an adventure. We have many stories coming as we start to do construction on our new property there. The traffic and the drivers are similar to Boston, the swearing is in Spanish! Once you get used to it it’s no different. I was born and raised there, Gerry was not, now he calls it his home and Boston is our second house! Thanks again for watching. 💗🙏🏽🇵🇷
@@IramisandGerry Well, I also wouldn't willingly drive in Boston either, lol. A lot of the roads here in Maine are like you drive for 5 minutes before you see another car. It's very relaxing.
