My name is Aaron Fox and I was born and raised in Cessnock. Which is in New South Wales, Australia. I now live and work in Lake Macquarie which is next door to Newcastle in New South Wales and about 2 hours north of Sydney.
A little bit of 4x4ing, mountain biking, cooking and camping. All the good things in life.
UPDATE......there may be some vlogging. Yes that's right. I'm going to finally come out of my shell and carry my camera everywhere.....well nearly everywhere.
Thank you very much for your video it helped me a lot you not only show how to fix it but show how the jack worked very well lifting the your motorcycle good job bro I give you a big 10 👏👊
Once you fill it with oil, Does it not need to drain out to the grommets height. If not, Why did they not have a sealing screw. I filled mine while the jack was level and used a syringe to do it.
How did you know how much of an adjustment to do on the choke cable? You just back it out and tightened it down? How do you know of its fully engaging and going fully back in?
Thanks for that my next job on the Dr ill change spring and wheel bearings on back end while I'm there. Good detail I'll watch again as I'm doing it for sure
Great video just a new mic woulda sorted ya ,but i totaly get it today prices on gear like fridges as well no brainer just upgrade not like in old days options were parts , and not many options now days,,, so much better value and features great stuff thanks for posting.....
Cheers mate and thanks for watching. Yeah the new one was cheap compared to just buying a mic. I think it was on special at the time as well so it was hard to walk past.
Haha thanks Pete. It was only the third time I've set that tent up and the last time was two years ago. Lucky it was all colour coded. I think I need another 100,000 subs before I could afford to own a KTM. So I don't like my chances.
For that spring on the side of the jack I bought mine from harbor freight best way that I have found the take off that really long spring is as grab it from the top and just pull the hell outta it and it'll come off and it won't sling and it won't bust you in the balls
Good too see you stayed upright this time foxy 😂 Shame about old mate though… The start of that river crossing was slippery as. Very surprised more didn’t come off.
great video thanks mate i bought a new dr650 2 years ago dont laugh it hasnt been riden yet wonder if may be i should check mine. ive heard the same thing with these 650s they scabby with the grease
Thanks for the sub back mate i appreciate it heaps. I love riding my dr but listening to the 2 stroke sounds so much fun makes me want a second bike. Are you running stock gearing.
Yep I have a hiking tent and inflatable mattress for on my bike. I find the swag a whole lot warmer and when I close it up no light comes in. Each to their own though. Some people won't go camping without a caravan and amenities. It's all about getting out there.
Thanks jeff. There was one hill that I didn't show due to the gopro battery which is a shame cause I fell off a few times. Would have made some fascinating viewing haha.
well done mate 😁👌 that crash at the end 😛😬 came close to doing that more than once myself 🤔👍 sooo far sooo good 😂🤣 hear yah on the gopro no sound thing , happens to me quite often 😥🤨 keep well mate and ride safe-ish 😉🍺
Thanks mate. I'm a bit of a sucker for a dramatic crash scene haha. I can cop the microphone playing up but to lose a whole days footage is just so frustrating.
what about one that wont go back down?I got one yesterday for free lifts fine but go to let it down and it goes a little bit then stops.I had to pick the riding mower up off of it.
