try 2k resolution and 60fps means you can pretty much press pause and read roadsigns and numberplates wizzing by (incase you need it as a dashcam proof at some stage) RU-vid will upload that resolution as 1440p60 looks alot better quality. I record in HEVC which also halves the filesize for the same quality
