500 degrees is way too high. You wanma keep the grill around 180-250. If you eating your meat well done then 500 is fine. If not you want the internal temp at 130-140
Wow, thats a really bad combustion. If the smoke looks white and fluffy your burner is smoldering not burning. It will add a lot of bitter flavor to the food.
This machine i believe has the thermojet? So you should be able to just run 2 shots of water before you make your first cup. No need to sit and wait for anything to warm up.
So much noise, plus music it’s hard to hear you. Also when making videos like this it’s helpful to see every step and close what buttons you chose, what settings etc
Pat them dry with a paper towel to get a real nice sear. I love lamb lol. My old boss in Chicago who was Greek used to shut down the little burger shop he owned to make Greek dinners for his huge family. I'd help cook for it and then got to sit down and eat and drink as mich as I wanted. I miss Chicago
