I'm smoking ribs, chicken, and sausage in this video. The ribs and chicken was smoked on the Yoder YS-640s pellet smoker and the sausage was grilled on the Kamado Joe 3 Classic.
The ribs and chicken was seasoned with Cherry Habanero by R. Butts R Smokin. It is a fantastic seasoning with the right hint of spice and also provides amazing meat color.
