I'm new here in ur channel, when i saw this awesome video, it brings me back to GOOD OLD DAYS, i'm turning 58yrs.old this December, but still feels like 14yrs.old.....i used to have 2 BMX bikes, Pure chrome HATCH, & KUWAHARA ...my fav jump style is TABLE TOP ...glad i'm still alive😂...take care always guys....
Not one Blue Max? (Buy mine) I recall it all started with some guys dad modifying a stingray. Then came the mono shock. After that, everything came. I had the red clear over chrome torquer. That bike had the most beautiful finish of any bike. There was mongoose and the super goose. there was Skyway brake shoes with aluminum cooling fins. ( buy my n.o.s. Ones) there was G T SE DG Haro ripper skyway and the oddballs like the slingshot, and that Redlands Riverside schwin with that Eccentric bottom bracket. ( my buddy just restored one #003 serial number, and traded it for a big rig trailer with a lift gate.) Redlands, Schwinn, and Riverside Schwinn we’re owned by one man and the Redlands shop is less than a mile away from my current home. if you wanna be treated like scum by a bunch of pricks walk in that bike shop and talk to those brainless, slow Peddling, rich boys. Who are sure that you need a new bike but can’t explain why. Everything was race. The only thing close to a trick, was a wheelie and a Bunnyhop. Once airborne. There was a cross up a grossy a Clinton & table top.. No, foam pits no lake jumps just powder dirt. Later came the freestyles and cruisers. Mine (not seen here) 24 inch redline with tapered forks and flight cranks sealed bearings, and the redline sprocket with no adapter. Many many years later,some guy on a newspaper delivery bike, put two words together mountain bike, and everything changed again. Then somebody invented lazy sportsman, and the downhill only bike was created. Now let’s all be honest you got to ride up to go down or you are not worth the air in your tires? Some say the year is 2024, but I don’t worship Cesar the year one is the year the urethane skateboard wheel was invented. The only king I worship is Tony Alva.
