Kitchen is very small and I didn't see where the fridge was located, also tour wasn't very thorough and kind of fast. lovely home, not surprised it went fast.

The courtyard here is private, however, the house has already received an offer and is no longer available. I'm afraid that it's not likely you will find anything under 200k renovated, furnished, and with a courtyard. I have to say; Andrew, you have the most impressive properties. While each and every one would be a dream come true, this manor is a jewel! This goes above and beyond. The windows and fireplaces, as well as the floors are exquisite. I love the stonework and the beams upstairs. Everything you have shown both inside and out is stunning. I would be hard-pressed as whether or not to use one of the pools ( and which one at that? ) or the jacuzzi! Being that the renowned Medieval Cite' is only a stone's throw away, if this was mine I would feel complete!
Clearly an interesting property however I found it nearly impossible to truly see what was on offer beyond the volume of furniture and decor. The different spaces and level changes were certainly very intriguing!
WOW!!! The decor is eclectic, but I must say I am intrigued as far as the apartments themselves. I'd love to know all of the history behind this amazing residence. What I would give to be able to have a mezzanine where I live, not to mention all of the other bells and whistles this property has to offer. This is definitely one of a kind!

What a lovely residence. I'm absolutely obsessed with the wainscoting. It adds even more character to an already perfect place. The use of color and decor is spot on. That you would be able to walk out your front door and have the lovely city of Carcassonne at your feet would be a dream realized!

Andrew, I have to say I really look forward to watching your videos. You have the most impressive properties listed and the presentation of each of them ( I've watched them all ) is exceptional. Before we are even shown the home itself, we are rendered speechless by the beauty of the mountains and vineyards. To have the Mediterranean in such close proximity is a dream come true. When we enter the residence it is beyond spacious. While it's beautiful as is, it is full of possibilities. Anything your heart could wish for I feel could be right at your fingertips here. The pool and surrounding area is the icing on the cake! ( Can you tell I LOVE this? ) Another one for my bucket list!

There are a couple of restaurants, a café, butcher, baker, pharmacy, hair selon and much more. There are medical facilities nearby and a veterinarian nearby.
