Kitchen is very small and I didn't see where the fridge was located, also tour wasn't very thorough and kind of fast. lovely home, not surprised it went fast.

I want to buy a property under 200k renovated furnished and courtyard. I like this one but is a bit expensive and the courtyard is not privat

The courtyard here is private, however, the house has already received an offer and is no longer available. I'm afraid that it's not likely you will find anything under 200k renovated, furnished, and with a courtyard. We do have this one here that you may be able to get for 200k furnished and with a courtyard.
