Simplepracticalbeautiful.com exists so I can share with you the many projects I work on in my quest to make my home more simple, more practical and efficient, and more beautiful. I’m also going to share some friends’ project that I find simply inspiring. I hope you are inspired too.
I have to say, i fucking hate IKEA... My kitchen is now assembled, on the wall. out of all the boxes, i have no drawer fronts. I have the cover panels but no fronts. Spents too much time trying to build them. Thanks for the video.
I’m currently assembling the white gloss flat panel sektion kitchen, L-shaped with one wall upper cabinets and big island..it’s very overwhelming but hopefully I’ll be done someday😂 saved me $12k over Home Depot at least
This video is useless. It doesn’t show the process in enough detail. How about some close up shots and not just parroting the shitty little instruction leaflet.
Are these able to be swagged? My fixture connection in the ceiling is not directly over my dining room table, thus, I'd have to run the cord over about a foot to center the pendant over my table.
Yes, the cord was pretty long that came with the light. Since the location of our light was already centered on the room there was no need to use the extra cord.
Using holes on the back of an outlet or a light switch is a big fire hazard and it’s very lazy and it’s not the right way to do something what you do is you take your time with your needle nose pliers and you wrap the wire around the screw it may take you a little longer, but it’s much safer Because electricity vibrates in those wires will start loosening out of the holes it’s a lot more secure connection to anchor it down on the brass and silver screws, instead of pushing in the back.
Thank you I couldn't for the life of me figure out that stupid wall rail I thought they sold me the wrong one I thought the holes lined up or something
You say not to put the needle and thread Thu to the front so the stitches don't show in the front but you don't show how you're doing that. I'm not understanding how to sew the back folded piece to the front without stitching showing on the front side
After 1.5 Hours i get it!!! But not with this video😅 it is completely misrepresented in ikea's plan. the hinges in the cupboard here it is important that the arrow points to you and then it will work.
Hello where did you get your logo on your bread bag… thank you we tried to get into your link for the tool but it would not let us if anyone else knows please help we would like to put the logo on our bread bags. Is there an easier way? Thank you again.
I found it by doing a Google search for wheat illustration. The image I used must have been taken down, but there are lots of other good illustrations. The letters I just wrote. I hope that helps. Good luck!
perfect video, just the right length to give an overview of where the install is heading. the instructions can be confusing when you're stuck in the details so you can't figure out how it will all come together.
Gerry built electrical wiring is not legally allowed in Australia..you must use a licensed electrician. We use 240 volts which can kill..and can also set you premises on fire.
20 amp outlet on 14 gauge wire. Wrong tools. Sloppy work. Also garage door openers are supposed to be 20 amp circuits per code. You guys should NOT be instructing people on how to do wiring.
