Cape Panwa differs from all other villages being far less crowded, quiet night life, less noice, more tranquility. Greater views over sea. Beatiful sunset too like other village on west side of the island. Keep up your good work!

5.000.000 US Dollar !!! I was living many years in Phuket. For this money I can get such a villa with more land and nearer to all interestet places in Phuket . In Germany we would say , here you can live 100 km behind the moon !!!

Agree with you Andrew, it is overpriced. I feel its a little too white throughout the home as well, for me it would be like living in my dentists office. A few pops of colour would have been welcome.
