Location and quality of development this is what differentiates that developer( even tho I have a couple of questions about surfaces of the kitchen cabinets and floors in the villa ) but at the end of the day, this is a standard on the villas market in Phuket.
There are some moments which in my opinion they can improve and villa will become even more attractive , but this is a matter of taste and your view.
