This is the first time I have come to this gentlemans video, when I saw the title I was thinking, what is apigenin? So I tapped on and was glad I did, very impressive young man, I am definitely going to give this a try!
We don’t really know how or where these supplements are “processed” and they are manufactured somehow. So how do we know there aren’t unwanted chemicals or metals in those as well?
That’s true but the same goes for our food unfortunately. Very hard to know for sure nowadays with things we put in our bodies. Unless we grow it ourselves.
I have been taking Apigenin for about a month now before sleep, your right, it improves sleep quality. My insomnia reduced a bit since started using it. Very informative video as always!
It's an interesting short film. I don't believe in monogamy relationship because my intuition told me so. Though I still have inexperience with romantic relationships. I will have that someday. I think communication is key before agreeing with other each. 👍🏽👋🏽
I am 26 I want yo increase my hight by microfacture I want to take Nac + Larginin . Could you please suggest is it okay if i take these altetnative day . Reason for gray hair ,also amearly aging . I preffer you will give all details by my age and concerns
I take NAC along with Glycine, so thats good to know. I also supplement with Zinc on and off which also has copper in my capsules at least.. So thats 2 of the 3 already. I've seen people growing moringa for years but I've never had the opportunity to eat any. I'm not sure how easy it is to obtain where i live, I will have to look it up.
@@philippkarner_ Hi Philipp I have a question do you think sucralose is worse than Stevia? I was reading some stuff that Stevia can be bad for testosterone as well? So many protein powders have this stuff in it seems counter productive to muscle growth if it affects your hormones.
@@paulhill6034 I try to stay away from Sucralose. There have been many studies suggesting that it is not healthy for the gut (and may actually increase sugar cravings) and artificial sweeteners generally are better to stay away from. As much as possible. (Unless someone is overweight and addicted to regular soda, then switching to sugarfree sweeteners can help with weight loss.) But otherwise, I think a little every once in a while is okay. I used to drink Diet Coke like water and I don't do that anymore. I've also heard about the new Stevia claims but I still think it's a lot safer than Aspartame and Sucralose. But now I don't drink any sodas at all and I don't put any sweetener in my coffee at all. The only bit of Stevia I consume is in my Whey Protein powder...
@@philippkarner_ Thanks for your reply Philipp, After I finish this batch of protein powder I might switch to a naked vegan version with no sweeteners. Although like you I don’t add sweeteners or sugar to my food and drinks.
Only take copper if you're deficient.(Or take it with Zinc at a 10:1 ratio. 20 mg Zinc and 2mg Copper for example) Moringa and NAC you can always take. Many other benefits...
Thanks for this information- I take zinc as a supplement as well. I am reversing over a decade of severe hair loss and teach men on my channel how to get their high school hair line back naturally, no matter the scale of loss /@backtothebarber
Thanks for video I have a question. I take zync glycinate with copper glycinate and NAC before bed. Is it ok? I mean glycinate good to take before bed, but my question in combination zync and NAC. What you think about that?
Yes I think it's fine. I just wouldn't go over 30mg Zinc (especially if taken long term) and Copper around 1,5mg... Good luck! And thanks for watching!
TBH... It's more a factor of your DNA than shortage of a minerals.I have seen people younger than me have grey hair and I have a more stressful time than them.
DNA or not, everything is still subject to the exact same biochemical rules. Your DNA doesn't say "oh look! you're 25! time to start going grey early". How would it know that? It wouldn't. there are biochemical triggers that start that process earlier for some than for others. Maybe a person is genetically prone to having a poorer uptake of copper, for instance, which may contribute to them going grey earlier, but even then, they might just have to take higher copper supplementation to counteract their genetic predisposition.
Or ya know, you could just eat a proper human diet and get plenty of all 5 different types of collagen from meat, or beef bone broth, or eggs. Instead of taking it in a synthetic; less bio-available form.
@@jazerasor1455 I ate meet daily and Baja at least 2 times a week but I'm growing old I'm not in to veggie much I barely add it to my food barley sweets not also my favourite gives me a headache
Some "studies" shows that persons with cancer has HIGH levels of NAD i think this is completely biased opinion and they dont want us to have a extremely functional mitochondria dont believe studies from Big Pharma sorry by my poor english
the hydrogen peroxide may be a reason why my hair greyed a lot faster in my mid 40s as i was doing a hydrogen peroxide treatment with food grade peroxide for a few months. I didn't know that until I heard this video.
