I live in NY state, country side. EVERY COLOR except white is illegal

I wish it was uniform cause you're right when it comes to my car but on my motorcycle the only color we can't run is red and they can not be flashing at all regardless of color. Im in Comifornia as well

I’m in Vegas and there is no restrictions on underglow. I run blue and red and police drive right by me.

I'm in New York and according to a lot of sources it says I cant use ANY color besides white which doesn't make any sense because white is used on a lot of government vehicles so to all the others in my state Id honestly say wing it and see what happens because I legit have looked everywhere and cant find any source online that sounds legit.

Dam I thought this would be easier, can I got to a mechanic and ask for this or I have to do it by myself?

Very informative video. However, I find it interesting that yall didn't spend the extra to actually purchase the correct tools ie wire strippers etc, and why not connect the ground underneath the nut.... though it seemingly looks great in the end the installation was extremely "ghetto" 😂

In Oregon it states no red visible from front, and no blue. No flashing. What I’m curious about is the breathing effect. Where it stays one color, but gets brighter and darker at a slow speed. Not flashing, but I’d be curious to hear what law enforcement says about that effect.

When you do oil changes taking that plastic splash gaurd off is gonna be a pain wired up. i would have stuck it a little bit more forward on the first piece

Lol why didn't u just pull out the pin front the white connector and just install big enough wires so u ant splicing nothing u would think for someone that trys to act so smart could be so dumb all in one I mean just saying u must not have no common sense to ya fr fr lol it's best to do all ur homework before trying to tear into any projects and see if there is anything u could maybe do to make ur job about half way easier its called work smarter not harder lol they sell those small connector pins an crimp tools on eBay for hardly nothing but this is just a small heads up for the future of any of ur installs fr If I'm not mistaken they make a turn knob u can install on them to wear ur able to control the over all brightness of things so just in case u don't want them super bright ur able to turn that knob and make them barley vise and versa but hey u do what u do fr im guessing this is why mfs drives me nuts wanting me to do there installs for fr fr but I'm not into doing all that fr fr because no body was lined up to help me do shit I was all alone doing everything fr fr ill tell ppl what they need to do but I ant doing shit because the first time something messes up they would be out here throwing ur name under the bus wheels and running all over ur shit making u look bad because the people u installed the stuff for was to stupid to do it been there done this 1 to many times just let them do it or let them take it to some one else because they will ruin the good name u have created for ur self alot faster then it took u to build it trust me let that someone be anyone but u fr fr but other then that stay breezy ill hallor at ya on the flip flop

Cool idea using the Ethernet wire but you can make your life simpler using ordinary telephone wire because it is thinner and only has 4 wires so no guessing..good job!

Your connections are a great way to start a fire 🔥 in your car. At the very least, most people doing it this way will have to repair the shitty connections eventually. And as for the double-sided tape… that’s so not the right idea. It’s going to come away with heat, weather and vibration. It’s a great way to BEGIN, but you really ought to secure the LED strips with decent straps and screws.
