There's a couple of these which run at our local outdoor track in Pembs, they're a decent truck! And 4S is plentiful on a track with Truggies, 6S would be just nuts..
Awesome RC for sure. 👍 So far I have stayed away from fuel powered RC's out of fear that they would be lots of work to maintain. I really have no idea but I sure like the form factor of this KM001. Great job setting it up and showing the break in procedures.
Ive just found one of these in a house clearance, no idea if its working but seems to be complete and with spare parts.. this video willbe a great help i feel
hey man any idea how i would know if a engine is broken in i bought a old used losi 5ive and the owner gave a second engine he sayed it has been broken in but i am not sure its a tad dirty but looks literally factory fresh only signs of use i could find was in the clutch carrier it was black in there so i quess but yeah.
I am thinking about getting this model for 444€ at my local hobby shop, instead of the new one for 640. But I fear that the money I would save would end up costing me, since the drive train on the new one is featuring new diff outs, dog bones and drive axles. As far as I know, HPI stopped producing the old ones and if something breaks, I end up needing to replace those 3 parts, which would cost 80€ per axle.
I bought a erevo 2.0 a few years back and loved it so I bought me a revo 3.3 about 10 months ago and love it too so much I bought myself a second revo 3.3 i now have 6 nitro vehicles in my 28 truck collection and hope to reach 100 vehicles in a few years
Interesting break in period! Usually I run them at idle till warmed up, but then drive the car at slow speeds fluctuating the throttle. Not driving it fast but enough to put a load on the rings with short bursts of half throttle or so..
Can someone explain how and what trim does on the controller looking into buying this RC car as I’m a beginner also what the difference is between the two channels
Nice buddy. Love the jumps and the way it pops wheelies. I just bought the latest version of this but I am tempted to buy one like yours while I still can. Keep up the Savage content!
