I visit and film places of interest from land and air. My camera's are-DJI Pocket 2-Go Pro hero 11- DJI Action 3. My drones are the DJI Mini2 - Hubsan Mini SE and Hubsan Mini.
My family immigrated to Canada in 1964 My Dad worked at Camelairds. Most of my family grew up in Birkenhead So proud of my birth home but disappointed at how it has changed. I blame the politicians for not planning for the future God bless Birkenhead
Birkenhead`s decline and the destruction of Grange Rd. was simply the end. I got fed up of being burgled when I was at work...... eventually I gave up on the town that I loved. Never looked back and have not been robbed since.
What a hatchet job - you began at the top of Albert Road and stopped halfway down Widnes Road, failing to venture towards the old Town Hall. You obviously came to do this video with preconceived ideas about the town and frankly - that is not a good starting point. Many shops empty..wow….just about every town in the country has this problem, so why is it such a shock to you? You made your video before 10am knowing the streets would not be busy, if that suits your narrative about Widnes - then fine. Why didn’t you visit Victoria Park or the Widnes Vikings rugby league ground? Pex Hill? As I said - you did a hatchet job on Widnes that does not give you much credibility as a vlogger. Nothing wrong with Widnes in the grand scheme of things, sure - things could better just like in Warrington, St Helens or any other town in that region or any other region for that matter. I was expecting a good and fair minded video when I came across your vlog, but sad to say…this is anything but that 😢
I was born in Ellesmere Port ,it could have been Liverpool but I was born at my evil Aunt's home( rumored to be a Witch) lol. I've had a very rough life of failure .Anyway I live 35 mins NW of Toronto in a middle class street being overrun by gun violence and gangs.
My astra did that it was just a hose with the tiniest hole which let all water out when warmed up local garage found it and sorted it cost about 80 quid
I have to say, I was rather shocked that you left Honda for Vauxhall Mark... I guess we live and learn🤷🏻♂️ hope you get sorted out quickly so that you can continue your RU-vid work.
you didn't see the market because you weren't there on a wednesday or a saturday, looks like you went on a sunday or a thursday when nothing's open - toffee smith wasn't open so you went on a sunday or a thursday.. & why didn't you point out the murals? or any of the shops that have been there for years like the cobblers & greenwoods? the oldest alternative night club, open since 1976? the minster or the railway station? please never come back to dewsbury, you're not welcome.
Thanks for the vid’ pal!!! Proud Birkenheader here, but like the vast majority of towns up and down the country, lack of investment and general mismanagement by Tory governments had turned them all to sh*t 😫😥
I remember mark when you first got that car. You filmed it outside in the street. You were excited to have such a great car. Even after you drove it for the first time you said it was great Nevermind I hope all goes well in your new car this time
Same here. I think I even commented on a possible midlife crisis by getting a Boy Racer's SRi? 😂 I feel your pain though mate, fingers crossed you'll get it sorted. Not sure where the consumer protection act goes on "pre-loved" cars but there must be something saying they have to last for x months... possibly? I had a fight with with one of our local dealerships over our last car, a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, when it let us down in France. Took us 12 weeks to get the car back to the UK as everyone, dealership, insurance and even Mitsubishi wanted nothing to do with us. What bunch of scam artists. Anyhow, good luck getting it sorted and you'll just have to give us some more rants and a bit of magic. Cheers 🍺
Crazy this HEAR guy is in grimsby, i can see some of his stuff from my bedroom window on the train lines in sheffield, its also all the way down the meadowhall trainlines when i go shopping haha.. I'll come back to grimsby one day to visit its not a bad place
Heart-breaking to see where i was born ruined labour did this that council need criminal charges for fraud the only way to rebuild it is free parking for three hours remove business rates for a year and zero tolerance on crime all those beautiful buildings make the factories flats get money back in that town then trade comes back
Lovely little town, Bala. When I was a kid my family used to have a caravan in Barmouth and, travelling from Cheshire, Bala was a nice little place to stop in for a bite to eat and a loo break! Haven't been back in many years, must go back one day!
Thanks for a trip down memory lane Marky, you showed 'Scarbados' in a good light.. Scarborough used to be a lovely place to live, I know because I lived there through the '80's/90's ( we had the F&C shop in Coney Island early 80's) unfortunately, like so many other seaside towns it has suffered from more than just coastal erosion.
Nice one Mark we were there earlier in the year great place we had a great mug o tea at that cafe at the start of the video, the gift shop is also owned by the same guy as the cafe. Atb buddy.
Cas used to be buzzing a good few years ago. People all over market stalls and pubs and clubs. So sad to see it now. Greedy rents on shops that people carnt afford. Lack of investment. Shame
it breaks my heart to see how my home town has gone so far down the pan. When i was a Kid Bacup had everything going for it the town centre used to be buzzing now all of the factories have closed down even the factory i spent nine years of my working life is now sadly gone which was E Suttons & Sons i loved my Time working there. I haven't been home in almost 25 years i don't think i could bear to see the town as it is now. 😢😢
Nothing stays the same some change for better some decline ,l moved years ago but deep in my heart its my home town and some wonderful people and memories
