If you search for Hcalory W51 you should be able to find the manual for the hydronic heater, then in the manual go to page 19 and look for A of and A on. These are the two modes, hopefully you can find that setting in your controller to allow it to fire back up when the glycol cools down.
What do you use to lubricate small parts such as bearings and clutch? I see that they used some kind of thin oil from the factory but I'm not sure what.
I don't think it is an impact driver, just a cordless drill. They have different settings for when they slip, kind of like a torque wrench. If you don't want it to slip at all, you put it on the little picture of a drill bit.

I am doing with Matlab Simulink a Battery charger (with a buck converter without capacitor) considering cc-cv areas. I'm having some troubles with the control of the constant voltage area. The nominal voltage of the battery is 12V soo In wich voltage point should I change from constant current to constant voltage? Also, any ideas of control to constant voltage? at this momtent I'm trying with a PI controller.
Hey when I took mine apart the rotor came out of the stator. It is connected to the pinion gear and I can't get them apart to get at the nylon gear plate. Do you know what is going on ? Why did yours come free and stay in the stator and mine did not ?
hello a question, I took the dpc-18 but there is no difference between eco and sport mode. besides, I have only 5 levels of assistance for eco and 5 levels for sport. can you tell me if they are rescued to set 9?
Mobile 28 red grease for the nylon gear (typical black lithium will attack the polymer) and good old black lithium bearing grease for the rest, but until you hear bearing noise, you shouldn't have to worry about doing much other than the Mobile 28 on the nylon, as some of the black grease tends to migrate to the nylon gear after a while, and that is the main reason for re-greasing it, to make the drive quieter and save the nylon gear. I run mine pretty hard as a cargo bike doing Uber Eats deliveries about 250 miles a week, and at around 2,000 miles I have looked inside and the main gear is fine, going to check the nylon gear next week, I packed the main gear after only a few hundred miles to be safe.
Super -sim you have the earlier model, DPC 14 like mine. They're great until they fail. I've blown two somehow. Can't seem to find others having that same problem tho. Maybe I'm cursed

Hi Seb.....recently received my DPC-18 and all is well with the exception of only 5 pas levels available? There is also no position on the unit to change this option as I noticed on your unit pas level 9 is shown.. I have bought this unit from a European supplier and wonder if this is what the reason maybe ?
Hi, Try pushing "i" button twice to get into menu. From there go to pas level and set to nine. If that doesn't work you may have to reprogram your motor. There are a few videos on utube that show how. Good luck.
Hi ....i am new at this posting stuff but i have a Bafang 1000w (DPC10.UART Bafang display, iits on a Terra Trike Rambler, (my wifes ) I would like to see where the setting is set for voltage on the battery....The battery display wont come off full charge . When menu is accessed the screen nnA goes right into screen LUd ,It skips the screen i need to go into settings...Does this function work on any of this models...or a problem period ...Thank you very much

Excuse I just got mine from Luna. How do I use the control modes meaning how or where do I chose to ride with pedal assist or throttle only ? Can you please let me know ? Thanks
Hi Pedro, just need to use the + & - it will change the pedal assist mode from 0-9 (if you actually set them for 9 level). If you have a hot Rod program, you should be able to use the throttle fully on PAS 0 and not get any pedal assist. If not the stock program should not let you use the full power on the throttle in PAS 0. Hope that helps.
Seb G ah ok thanks. I haven't even ride it yet and I wanted that info to make sure I didn't mess anything up. So basically speaking PAS 1 to 9 is different levels of assistance while pedaling , the higher the level the more speed I will achieve while pedaling , and if I leave pedal assistance at zero then there I can ride on throttle alone. Yes, I do have the DPC-14, buttons are more responsive on the new 18 I think! But I'm not sure I would replace a working DPC-14 just to get the new DPC-18. But If you need to replace a DPC-14 because it's damaged then yes get the DPC-18!
depends on the use and abuse and how well it was greased at the factory... I would say anything from 400miles to 2000 miles.... A good sign is when it gets louder... then you should think about doing it.
