Ca 2+ not Ca +. Acetylcholine = uh see - tul or uh-see-tl. Named after the acetyl groups in Chemistry. Not ass-e-til. Excellent illustrations + a few corrections in the voiceover = perfect.
Doing explosive workouts gets 2x fibers heavy lifting gets 2a and endurance training like running gets the type 1 fibers, you can recruit all finer types but cannot be great in all of them, for me I train all 3 but focus on type 2x and 2a fibers instead of type 1, this means I’ve got more muscle mass and explosiveness instead of endurance. Still I have decent endurance but I’m more on the explosiveness and strength side of things
What is the source of evidence that indicates type to A and B can be convert into each other? Disregard this question I found the answer at the following linkwww.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8473039/#:~:text=Evidence%20suggests%20that%20muscle%20fibers,fibers%2C%20and%20between%20fiber%20types.
