I loved the way that old black shows used to call out BS in the black community. Now all we get is a bunch of cosigning of foolishness, excuse making, and low expectations.

Real talk though, it's black folks who worked for a fast food joint for a good year or 2 doing maintenance, flipping burgers, etc. & not get a promotion. Meanwhile, a white dude could be working there for 3 months & next thing you know, he's the manager.
