Love this! You should look into the research Dr. Stacy Sims has done on female recovery. Creatine is a big part of what she recommends but also look into her data on cold plunge for women. Really great info especially for women in perimenapause and older 😊
New subscriber here ❤ I have back pain most of my life since I was a kid. I have a treadmill ( I don’t run) , dumbbells, and a mini workout trampoline. I have weight to lose, I’m doing Lite n Easy (Australian) which is a weightless meals, it’s has been helping me too. I eat less snacks now 🙂 I only do my own breakfasts.
Hi Katie ! I love your videos. They inspire me each week and RE-inspire me when I fall off my workout game. - one question about your workout schedule and cardio. You mentioned you were doing 30 minutes of cardio a day. Are you doing 30 minutes of cardio after leg and booty day as well or just on cardio days? Thank you!

Your body is flawless ❤ results happen when you're not looking for them. Trust me I was trying to gain muscle and I kept looking in the mirror and then one day I stopped looking and bam, my muscles grew.
I needed this video! I am in on the 30 day challenge starting today! I plan on following a very similar routine as Katie’s but I’m also going to add juicing celery juice every morning for 30 days before I drink coffee. I just finished a seven day celery juice challenge and I noticed a lot of positive differences right away, so I want to incorporate that as well. Two things that Katie said in the video really resonated with me: 1) “When we are uncomfortable we grow the most”; and 2) “ If you’re not going to show up prepared, why show up at all”? 👏👏

Good luck with your mini challenge. You got this 💪🏽 really liking this and keel up the good work. I'm thinking about doing more foam rolling and continuing in the move app to get more toned and possibly train my abs. Can't wait for your results and updates.
