Hi 😊. I’m not sure if there is website issue. This is coming up as a free domain. I tried googling as well and when I click on your website, it comes up as a domain available to purchase. 😊
Thank you so much for this. I love that you not only share your Costco must haves but also give us recipes. This helps so much & I can’t wait to try your recipes.
Your Kitchen is so clean! All good info. I would appreciate more information on sodium content of products…many people focus on protein content, low sugar. Etc….sodium is a HUGE health concern.
Just started a keto-ish meal plan and it’s so far awesome. 😎 I have to lose 40 pounds. Currently 166 (lost a pound was 167) and my goal is 128. (That’s my original weight.) Super excited but also using herbs to help me. Thanks for sharing some great ideas. ❤
@@debiwillis9045 I have Lyme disease so I am using Japanese knotweed, bitter melon and gymnema Sylvester. Have to be careful with the last two because they will drop blood sugars. But they are great herbs. I also am getting ready to take the Viome all over body test to see exactly where I am at so I I can stop guessing with everything and know 100% what my body needs.
I started a modified Keto plan in January to lose fat, not necessarily weight. I’ve lost almost 10 pounds and it doesn’t even feel like I’ve tried (136 to 127). Still working on burning ketones so I get some muscle definition back like I had in my 30s.
Love this! Will definitely be going to Costco for some of these. The thing I need to say is that I’m obsessed over your white kitchen and the minimal stuff everywhere! So good!😍
I normally avoid buying food already made and like to make them fresh but now that baby #4 is on the way, these came in time for a healthy quick meal instead of buying out. Thank you for the printable and the ideas! Gotta try the Greek yogurt dressing and the air fryer tuna!! ❤
I love these videos. Thank you❤ I use many of your tips to live a healthy lifestyle, but my biggest struggle is always coming up with ideas for healthy lunches at work. I don't have a Costco nearby. We have Sam's club. I'm hoping they will have similar items.
Finally someone who understands the word "healthy". Good job. What's funny is I nearly do all you do but you gave me a few new tips. I'm not much on yogurt but may try again.
I like to keep the cans of wild caught sardines ( my dog loves them too )! , salmon and Genova tuna in the pantry .. non perishable but meal ready when I need them ❤
Really like the idea of the grass fed sliced beef. I also love the wild caught fish, including canned sardines that are loaded with 1700mg of omega 3 and 22 grams of protein. Awesome right out of the can with some stone ground mustard.
Thank you so much for doing this video. Love it! I love Costco but always end up wasting so much food because I don’t use it all right away. These recipes look amazing and I can’t wait to try them all. Thanks Katie!! ❤
Hi Katie, I'm totally guilty of throwing things away cause they sat to long. 🗑 I've been much better about it so I'm excited for this video. For the last month I've been back at the eating healthy and working out and it feels soo good. Thanks for allnthe tools and motivation to help with that.💪🥰
We do keto and needed some variety in our meals. We also shop at Costco so this video and the recipes are awesome for us. It will definitely help us mix things up in our meal plans. Thanks! 🙏
Thanks so much for this really helpful vid. Did shopping today at Costco and got most of the things on your list. We had the beef tonight with veggies and was great. It gets old deciding what to make that is healthy and helps my weight loss journey so loved these examples.
What timing! I just stumbled on you channel and was curious about adding more animal protein back into my diet. Also, I have had some hearts of palm pasta for some time and had no real idea how to use it and low and behold your recipe popped up just as I was contemplating tossing it. So, thank you for some great ideas and I will be following along.
I got those meatballs last week, was really excited because they had good ingredients - but they are SO salty I can barely eat them! I found if I warm them in unsalted broth or sauce it leaches out some of the salt and they're better. I'm not particularly sensitive to salt but these are really extreme. Just FYI to everyone!
hi love you 🫶🏼 sam's girlie here, but love a good stock up. quick question for you, garlic is considered an inflammatory food, do you notice that since you use garlic and season with it more bloating or does it not affect you?

OMG girlfriend! I’m right there with you! Good intentions when I shop at Costo then overwhelmed when my order arrives lol. I’m like OMG why did the buy and what to do. Then it sits and I have to throw it away! 🗑️ Thank you so much for this video!! 💕🙌🏻💕😊💕😉
Katie! Omg I thought you looked familiar. I hope you and your family are doing well! I love this haul as I’m on my health journey starting tomorrow. Thank you for all your tips it’s so helpful 💜💜
Brilliant video ! So pertinent to my Costco shopping , thank you for these excellent tips ! I have the chicken basil sausages and they are so yummy wrapped in a high protein(10 grams each) red pepper hummus wrap from Aldi smeared with garlicky pesto ❤ I’m going to look for the other proteins you mentioned .. and try ALL your recipes !
Great ideas and recipes! I struggle so much with different recipes and don’t like a lot of condiments, but these all looked good! Definitely trying that Greek yogurt sauce!
Thank you so much for this information, I’m gonna try the sirloin steak and the Greek yogurt. I’m gonna probably pick up everything you mentioned from Costco 😊
Where did you buy the hearts of palm pasta? Why do you spend $13-$15 on Kevin's garlic chicken when a rotisserie Chicken is $4.99. Loved your shopping tips & recipes. Anxious to try them. Thank you.
Great Video, and great food picks. Being a long time employee there I pretty much purchase the same stuff. Have to try that yogurt dressing. Also upgrade to an executive membership, especially if you shopped there often bunch of perks.
Yesss!👏 Love super simple healthy meal ideas! Can't decide between trying the meatball recipe first or the ground bison one🤔🤤 I do love fish, but I eat it as more of a treat because unfortunately even the wild caught are full of pesticides because of runoff into the ocean😕 So like anything else I just stick to moderation🙂💖
Hi, watch your video this morning and added a few of your suggestions to my list. Got the tuna, yogurt, parmigiana cheese and beef (a little pricey - $23). I’ve been looking for an easy dressing so the yogurt will be the first thing I try and then the tuna. Question- do you have a video for Trader Joe’s? Thanks for posting.
I love your recipes and your videos! Will you have a fitness challenge for Valentine's Day or maybe St. Patrick's Day? Your videos are so helpful and insightful! I'm gonna start a protein and veggies diet. I hope I see results soon! I love your Greek yogurt dip recipe! So yummy!
Thank you. Just want to know too you put them directly in the freezer or do you prepare the meats and package them in smaller proportions before you freeze them?
Loved your recipe ideas. I usually steer away from some of the packaged “clean” food items because they are very high in sodium. Could you please include the sodium count in addition to sugars. Thank you!!!
Sodium is definitely something to keep in mind, but since I make 90% of my food from stretch and don’t add sodium, I usually don’t worry about it on foods like this
I love this video and going to make all the recipes. One question, doesn’t the avocado get yucky in the air fryer. I might add mine after and put on top
Hello…enjoyed this video and did buy some of your suggestions. Some i could not find in our local costco. I am in New England. You used cooked brown rice packets in one of the recipes. Do you remember what section they were in meaning frozen or grocery. Can you share the name? Thanks 😊
