the problem these days is a jury will convict anyone without evidence...as long as the prosecutor makes up a story they will love it and convict.....welcome to modern day law and people incarcerated without evidence.

Awful. Just awful cross-X. Would be good for maybe a TV fiction series but I gave up figuring out where the lawyer was going with this at 33 mins. Competent cross-X, as distinguished from entertainment, is to be focused, to make several points to be used in summation. While Orden is clever and entertaining, he is way over dramatic, mean and unfocused.
