This song is really just so goofy when you actually listen to it. What sold me on it was 1:00 , this little part where the horns ascend feels circus-like as the name suggests, really sets the theme of this grand, goofy jam. I just love this song so much. And of course it wouldn't be a S3 battle theme without some sick guitar @ 1:30 .
0:53 This part feels so dramatic, like something from an action movie, I love the horns playing in unison so much 😭 Also someone give the organist a RAISE!
Of all S3 battle music bands, Yoko & The Gold Bazookas gotta be my favorite. I mean just listen to 0:43. This is literally peak. The hammond organ in the mix just ties everything together, too. I appreciate the splatoon composers trying a different genre and they did it so well. I like how it doesn't just feel like a copy of Ink Theory, but rather its own unique sound. Also can we appreciate that Tao Blu (the band's trombonist) is a blue-ringed octopus, which is one of the deadliest poisonous creatures in the sea? She's so freaking cool and we love her. Also, a neat pun with her being a blue-ringed octopus and she plays *blues*. :]
When it first posted i put it on my watch later playlist cuz i didnt have time but after like a month, i finally got to listen to an amazing masterpiece
"why does this sound so nostalgic?" the bouncy rhythm and scale combined with the bright instrumentation have that effect for some. the bell sound's release+vibrato also adds to it for me.
Just looking back at Fortnite during its prime I really think how much simpler this game used to be and even though Fortnite still can have its fun moments it will never be the same
Thats why i don't do that for decoration. Instead of giving you like maybe 1k 🥉 and 400 🥈and 25 gold scales all together or something. You get instead a decoration that we only can put in our locker. I will be real. I wish the next game lets us purchese an appartment or something.
Honestly am glad you added credits for the songs, also yes range blaster is hard to play with, coming from someone thats been binging the blaster lately, also the video is great :]
@@okutaobits1622 no salmon king sounds play as the game has no knowledge should the team win all 3 waves. it would defeat the purpose to play such sounds. the only different intro that plays is hazard level max but imo thats something you dont want to hear. edit: spelling
I think the reason people find this song to be so nostalgic is cuz it kinda sounds like The Stash from Jet Pack Joyride...at least that's what it remainds me of.
Tbh you guys are brainwashed with nostalgia dont worry i started season 3 ch 1 but still the game needs to move on or else nostalgia wont be there and be replaced by boredom and be plain so just accept the changes
