Hi Mary, you make me feel so seen and like I’m not the only one struggling, I also have bipolar disorder and you make me feel like I can actually be a human and have my diagnosis and it doesn’t have to rule me, it’s hard to get out of the thought spiral sometimes and I too go into crash mode and will often time just be like f it I’ll be productive tomorrow if my day doesn’t go the way I wanted lol anyways love u girl

you should try the utan x Jamie tanning water. its literally like the best facial tanner ive ever tried and plus it gives my face such a nice glow. its super easy too cause you just mist it on your face after you're done your skin care. I always do it in the morning
