I'm just a big fan of The Band The channel came about because there was a time when I was very interested in The Band bootlegs, and it bothered me that they weren't as accessible, so I decided to publish them so that any fan of The Band looking for those bootlegs would find them easier
Last year I submitted these recordings to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. They vowed to preserve The Hawks' Port Dover Recording in their archives. Very pleased that my recording work of Levon and The Hawks will live forever for future musicians and fans to enjoy..
Moving but I'm still a little confused as to who in fact wrote the song. I've heard conflicting versions on how the song actually was created and by whom.
