Lovely. I’m struggling with the waistband. And sewing the zipper. Folding over the waistband (I did put interfacing). I’m unsure about putting the zip all the way to the top, or letting the waistband extend and adding a series of hooks for weight change… I also love 3 panel circle skirts so there’s inseam pockets that are attached to the waist band so the weight doesn’t just pull on the side seam.
Hi, I'm new to your page, and thinking of making myself a few blouses tops etc (Summer in Downunder country- Brisbane- will be VERY humid by Dec- January- Australia). I decided to stay on your yputube page as you explained very well and I ADORE the pattern you chose- very much like the ones my mum used to sketch free hand! I hoping I can find it in Australia, as it doesn't always happen. I'm much closer to 70 than to 60(!!), but sewing is my hobby. Thanks Ill look at your other videos too..

You sew such cute stylish clothes and if I was younger, I’d sew/wear them too. lol. But since I could prob (almost) be your grandma I don’t. But I do stylish but try to look chic and in style! You are an inspiration! I made the pumpkin pattern as soon as you popped on this afternoon. Hope to get sewn up this eve. I’ve got lots of cotton fabrics in lots of different patterns. Love this! I'm obsessed with "pearlized" tops but can hardly find them for sale. Great idea to use a pearl necklace instead of buying beads. Thx so much!
