You answered my main question about resurfacing my concrete countertop: just do it. I will indeed. Quick question about sealant: I'm a bread baker and use the countertop for kneeding. I there a sealant that is absolutely non-toxic - as in zero risk? Thank you!

This is the same planer I have. For some reason the lock on the side is letting the wheel turn & raises the planer up. I cannot figure out why so I'm wondering if anyone else would know.

The one answer I don't see is how you move this thing once it's built without a forklift? Thanks for the video. This was my first attempt at anything this large. I was able to get slightly out of kilter 2x6x16 lumber for the whole thing for $25 and used pipe clamps to pull everything straight. The most expensive item was the wood screws!

Is that an orbital sander or a rotary polisher? Looks like the latter.

I followed these directions to build our table and it turned out perfect! The only thing I did different was add L brackets to connect the table and table legs for extra durability. 🎉thank you for the good RU-vid information!

You are not giving the measurements where you drill the 2"& the 4" it looks like you do a angle then you show it 2 & 4 drill holes

My son built 2 picnic tables for our local county’s park and recreation as his service project for his Eagle Scout rank and used your design. Went very well. Did run into issues with cross bracing as the 45 degree angles were off. We were able to fix it though. Thanks.

Thanks for putting this together! I am wondering about your thoughts on polishing a rounded concrete edge. Did you use the sander or do you have to hand sand that? Currently doing research for pouring a concrete hearth.

Good video but you can sharpen those blades several times. I have an old gentleman down the road that has the stone mechanism to do that. I’m sure there’s one in there in the area he charges me five bucks.

Beautiful, might want to put spaces between 2x6 table top and seat. 1/8 to 1/4 for swelling caused by seasonal changes. Otherwise it may buckle.
