I enjoy driving, ideally out in the open road but hey, New Zealand gets its fair share of traffic too. So join me as I drive various cars across different neighbourhoods in (mostly) Auckland. So strap in, sit back and relax - there will be no commentaries, just pure driving ASMR!

Man I wish they’d bring this back to the states (known as the Fit here). This would be a perfect daily for many people and the fact that it’s hybrid now means exceptional range.

Can’t wait to receive my order. Fell in love after my first five minutes of driving first time in a Tesla. I’ve been waiting for the right model to come along. This is it! Great drive and just out of this world. My wife is not a fan but hey, we already have a family car. She likens this Tesla as “a house with no furniture “ 😂. Thanks for this fabulous post friend.
Thank you so much. I grew up all around the Hutt Valley and Wellington, I haven't been back there for over 10 years, now based in Australia. I'd love to see a drive down Jackson St. Petone, Starting at the Mobil gas station by the railway station and maybe heading on out to Eastbourne. Subbed and eagerly awaiting. Thanks again.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! Its a really beautiful area here, was our first time in the Wairarapas and the drive to Wellington was incredible. Didn’t get a chance to stop by Petone but I’ll defo put it on my list. Thanks for the sub, I’ll have more Wellington drives coming up 😊
Why do companies not adopt a true touch screen UI, I find nearly all EV so poor in this area, this looks no different, so windows/macOS looking at times, not easy when driving.
100% I dont think anyone’s nailed this yet its def not the most intuitive. For when driving I’m still a sucker for physical buttons

I own a BYD Dolphin and I also miss some real buttons, especially for climate control. I had also to learn to let rest my hand on the frame and touch the buttons with my thumb which is easier while driving. You can use voice control for many function, which works very well, but I don’t like to talk to computers…
I have the premium in Australia. I did a road trip from suburbs to the coast and back 410km round trip. Started with 99% battery got back with 20%. 85% Freeway/highway. Super impressed. I didn't even have to stop to recharge. I think it has better range then standard Model 3 and Model Y Long Range.
Quick short cuts are available to turn them off. I don't mind it beeping when I am over the speed limit, the car is so powerful its so easy to go over the speed limit
@@shun2240 Its the combination of instant torque and no engine sound that catch you of guard. GT-R R34 has 400 nm of torque, but there turbo lag and bunch of engine noise to warn you. This has 360nm of torque instantly. Not to mention the Performance version has 670nm..
Thank you, yeah the speed limit alarm apparently needs to be turned off everytime you start the car - so I thought I’d leave it running for everyone to get the full experience 😂
I'm sorry having no HUD or gauge clusters in 2024 is insane to me. Having to look down and too ur right for everything would get annoying. Not to mention be more distracting when driving.
100% I also personally prefer a HUD even if its just a small one that displays all the essentials. Gear selector on screen also caught me off guard a couple of times haha
Just like every other part of the car that goes against legacy car design: you get used to it. You can install a HUD yourself. Don't expect Tesla to do it unless you're looking at a Model S or X.
Please do this kind of drives... I have been waiting for this style of vlogging with no-one talking. - I just started watching this... Hopefully you will get to do more of this. Thank you
