Hard disagree about ME2 over 1. ME1 is more of an adventure and exploring the world. It’s also the best story in all 3. The gameplay is the worst but it IS the best game of the franchise.
I never played 3, because I heard that while the gameplay was still more of the same great fun, it seemed that the dialogue and humor had to crossed the delicate line from amusingly silly and crude, into just downright pathetic and off-putting'.
Cyberpunk has been solved. And he never mentioned elite dangerous raxxla mystery or the other side mysterious things n the game but witcher and cyberpunk are directly related ciri mentions cyberpunk as one of the worlds she visited and the biggest mystery is finding her in it.
In response to the Space Invaders segment, I was born in 1973. Not only did I play the original Space Invaders at a local ice cream shop, I played an original tabletop console. The screen lay flat, and there were controls at both ends, so if you had someone sitting across from you and you selected a two-player game, the display would flip when it was the other person's turn. FWIW, Tempest was always my favourite arcade game of the era, and I think it would hold up today if home consoles had the right kind of controller.
Wind Waker will always be number 1 for me. I personally don’t see what is so dull about the Triforce quest. It encourages you to be set free and go explore the map to find the pieces. And it’s not like it’s all too hard to actually get all the pieces either. The hardest part in the original is getting all the rupees you need. But the game does understand this and usually gives you plenty of opportunities to rack up thousands of rupees through the game especially if you actually take the time to go for the treasure charts. If you do that, it should be easy to afford the charts. In the remake, the swift sail and reduction of how much money you need to pay takes away any reason to complain about the quest. Unless your complaint is that you are forced to explore one of the most beautiful settings in a Zelda game for some reason. Like the rupees part wasn’t great but the remake completely fixed it and that honestly makes one of the best Zelda experiences ever.
And here I was, thinking I knew about a lot of the silly censoring in video games around the world, yet you had a bunch of examples I wasn't aware of! So thanks for enlightening me about these ones, they certainly were silly!
Thats so stupid Most of these probably have no meaning and specially with Rockstar theyre only trolling and nerds with too much free time obsess over useless shit
Ben, about your Tekken 8 e-mail issue; go into settings and delete any save data you may have. Then on the Home Screen, go to the explore tab (it’s the one your console is on by default when you boot it up) and select the unfollow option for Tekken 8. That should work
I just so happen to be that someone! I own a PSVR2 and a gaming PC. I realize I am extremely lucky to be in this position, and I am in no way boasting about it. I am extremely excited to get my hands on Half-Life Alyx, but the lack of features does sting a bit. No eye tracking or haptics is a bit disappointing not to mention the adapter itself is the price of a AAA game. I feel like this is Sony admitting defeat and just throwing their hands in the air and saying, “here ya go, we’re done with VR. Go nuts.” I certainly will go nuts with it, but if you’re looking to get into VR I’ll admit, just buy a Meta Quest 3. Edit: I love my PSVR2 and use it almost daily for GT7. It was well worth it to me for my driving rig alone.
This podcast is worse off whenever Ashton is missing, in the same way that its worse off whenever Ben or Peter is missing. People who take joy in Ashton having plops need to grow up.
The only way people will get into live service games anymore is if they are free to download. Have this new one I can’t remember name of start with a free character you can play as
one thing i noticed about Quake 4, is that main character is essentually Kamen Rider, the plot of kamen rider is about a guy who is captured by an evil orginization that creates cyborg monsters, in quake 4 your a soldier whos captured by an alien army and turned into a cyborg this could just be my apophenia but it is intersting
I can still remember the absolute unbridled JOY I experienced playing the original Borderlands for the first time. It was a breath of fresh air for me in terms of gaming as a whole.
The formats fine, we just want interesting single player games; people don’t want live service samey free to play blah blah blah (even if those actually make the real money).
