Really appreciate it mate … and glad to hear that you’re enjoyed them. Cheers man 🤘🍻 ps: and yeah, sometimes the breams or mullets can be a real pain in the a** 😂
Erau ceva somni prin zona de tot dădeau târcoale bancurilor de chefali … dar nu aveam cu mine nimic greu pentru a încerca sa prind vreunul. Salutari 🤝😉
thanks a lot man. the drag it's set to almost maximum to what that setup can take. I use quite a light rod, so I can't go more than that with the drag. consider that my rod casts up to 17 grams ;). cheers man ...
Superb video as always Emil and bad luck for losing that Zed but it’s always worse when you see the size of the fish the picture sticks in your head forever more, I’ve lost tons of really big over the years but that’s fishing 😅 Top notch pal 🎣👍🏼🐳🤞🏽🍻
Thanks a lot buddy. Yeah, loosing a big fish it’s part of the game and always sucks. This guy I have no doubt that was at least 85 if not 90, was pulling really hard and he used to current to reach a big sunken three that is in that area. Cheers man 🤘🍻
@@AnEm_Fishing years back me and my pals hired a lake with massive sturgeon and I hooked and lost one of the big ones it jumped half out the water and was almost 7 foot long took me in a snag and broke me To this day still hurts hahaha but that’s fishing 🎣👍🏼
hehehehe ... mate, this is the worst period for the zander where I live. I focus my fishing on asp, even though I still make some casts for the zander too ;) ... hopefully I'll find some good condtions. cheers man ;)
Foarte frumos! Felicitari! Ce atacuri zgomotoase in linistea diminetii ca imi era frica sa nu trezesti mantovanii.😂 In al doilea post (un post drag mie) am lasat si eu o groaza de voblere mai ales CD-uri si chiar culoarea aceea FT pana am gasit apa scazuta si mi-am dat seama unde gresesc. Toate cele bune Emile!
yeah man .. TW for asp rules. I usually have some pencil from Yo-Zuri (can't remember the name), the Water Monitor from Jackall, Lucky Craft Sammy in 9cm and some handmade lures that I made or some friends sent them to me. Cheers mate ...
@@AnEm_Fishing thnx for the reply. Fishing for asp with topwarelures is spectacular. Almost addicting .. hahaha. Tight lines and looking forward to your next video :-)
Asp is very challenging to cook, since it has a lot of bones, the best way for me is marinate it over night in lemon and sea salt, garlic and parsley, next day put in cold water for a fee hours than rince and put in fresh cold water until boil. When it just start boil ,remove from heat, drain and leave to cool down. Clean the bones uut making small scunks with your fingers, this will take long time 😂. Add bread crumbs, corn flour salt and pepper, additional ingredients could include parsley, chilli, paprika etc,oh and eggs to conect it . Frie in pork lard if posible over open flame and cast ironon med low heat. Bon appetit 😊
hey mate. sorry, the catch and cook part will never be part of any of my videos. I do everything I can to release all the fish in the best possible conditions and I would never keep one to cook it. cheers man ;)
Superb as always m8 some fantastic hits there fair play to you battling through that jungle in just your shorts foraging on the way brilliant I’ve been worried about you with all the fires I think you’ve have over there at the moment Hope your good pal 👍🏼🍻🎣👊🏼🤘🏽
why is your drag set so loose? When fishing for zander from a long distance and at depth, set the drag almost stiffly, or after hooking a large fish you loosen it and you do not have enough strength to set it from a long distance and the hook does not stick into the hard mouth of the zander. Good luck
Hey mate. My drag may look loose, but it’s the maximum that my setup can handle. I use a medium power rod with a fasting weight that goes up to 17 grams. All my friends are telling me that I don’t use the drag 😂. Cheers man 🤘🍻
al di là del livello e della temperatura dell'acqua, il pericolo grosso quando si abbassano i fiumi e si esplorano zone nuove sono le sabbie mobili. quando sono da solo ci penso due o tre volte prima di rischiare.
Great, thank you for the advice, I test various lures but without result, it seems to me that if there are zanders they attack everything, they ate them, they are not there, even a great lure will not tempt them for dinner
Yes I'm enjoyed it as always from my holiday address in southern france A question Emil : What is your favourite custom colour (so self-made) on your salmo thrill lures? In clear water and off colored water? A fish buddy of my has an airbrush kit, so I was wondering Because it's a great lure but not so in the colour department I fish only the natural flatt colours suds as olive bleak Greetings Frank from Paesi Bassi 😜
hahaha ... so you're in a very nice location there ;) ... have fun and enjoy your holidays about the color ... without any doubt the best "custom" lure on the salmo thrill was a simple chartuesse back, some pearl white on the sides and normal white on the belly. if you check some videos that I made immediatly after the "salmo thrill video" you'll see some asp caught with them. also orange instead of chartuesse on the back brought me some asp. cheers man ...
Hey mate. Sorry, haven’t been in Genova so I don’t have any idea about any fishing stores from there. My Jubar it’s 90mm, Jointed … not sure if they are still producing it. Cheers man 🤘🍻
So its pretty global that they dont bite I today had 1 strike on the river zander Then on a lake 2 perch not even 10cm long and a feeder fisherman cought like 4 asps on maggots or some other bait didnt ask what he used And on the river lake i spend 4 hours withouth seeing even one asp hunting And there the perch where more like 5 cm every end of retrieving i could see them follow and now and then one was on for like 2 seconds
It looks like that … where I live it’s really hot, the waters are still quite high and the fish seems to eat for very short periods in certain spots … that usually are packed with people. This morning I made a visit in one of those spots, and yeah … plenty of people and some fish too for a short while. Cheers man 🤘🍻
