His guitar playing has defined modern day instrumental guitar the world over. His melodic compositions have not only changed the way musicians play, but what audiences demand out of their guitar heroes. To see Ohio native Neil Zaza's influential impact on guitar across the globe, merely tune into the legion of thousands of fanatical fans performing his international hit, "I'm Alright" on RU-vid. Neil's trademark "singing" and lyrical guitar style is easily recognizable and can only belong to one man: Neil Zaza.
"It's always been about the song for me," states Neil. "I remember all the tunes that really moved me when I was growing up and it wasn't about the guitarist playing 128th notes. It was about an inexplicable connection I felt drawing me to wear out my records as I couldn't get enough of that rush of the song itself! That's what I try and do with my music today. It's always about the song!"
Hey Mr Zaza! I’m a huge fan, thank you for all the work you do. You’re an absolutely huge inspiration to me. Do you think you’ll do an American tour soon in upcoming years? I’d love to see you! Wishing the best for you and your band.
fake guitarist! never showing the bottom part of the guitar, because jack is not even in there nor is any amp connected to it, yet the guitar play is pure studio audio.
@@melodikmusic and that ladies and gentlemen, is how you get the attention of a Guitar God😁 Thankyou for the response to this deliberate negative comment sir, big fan🥳🔥
One of my favourites, I remember coming across you when I was a teen and emailing you and to my surprise getting the nicest response! Your music still inspires me to this day! :D
Hii bro Neil i came to know you after a 9 year old performing your music yesterday at hornbill festival. Could you please go and see his performance. We Nagas want to see ur comment. Search here: Gideon Kithan, concert a Hornbill festival, Nagaland.
This is great!!! Basically an Aerosmith / Trans-Siberian Orchestra combination tribute! These are my 'brothers' from the Akron/Kent music scene back in the '80s, colleagues from the great Heavy Metal Sunday nights at Filthy McNasty's (a legendary club on Depeyster Street) in Kent near the KSU campus! Many was the night I walked there from and half crawled back to Stopher Hall which we nicknamed Stoner Hall back in the day.
Since I was a kid, stumbled upon a live performance of 'I'm Alright." Life happened and 20 years later.. like absolute magic after WANTING to find you again.. the name Neil Zaza popped into my head. Thrilled to see you're still out here. (y)
This song is incredibly difficult. Watching him play it so effortlessly while smiling and moving around just blows my mind. Love this guy. Amazing guitar player
Great playing as ever! Looking at the t-Shirt, I was there watching that Black Sabbath 10th Anniversary tour and with them was an unknown band at the time who were supporting them named Van Halen - wow
