She’s still got that while on her. It’s only 2 of these 5852 which has not been heard of and this unit 5939. Still miss these units after their retirement in 2021. They served Philly well with their ZF whines.
@@DLF40I don’t think it is. If you saw the video neoplan tastic posted which was 4 months ago then you thought it was still around. It’s been sadly retired since 2020 and has not been seen since.
I really like how this engine sounds. Reminds me of the 2003 D40’s septa had. 2 beast series of engine that were sadly retired from service. While these neoplan CNG’s can be found by private owners septa only has one 2003 d40. Sad 😢
Those buses would have kept their Detroit Diesel Series 50 engines after conversion. The New Flyer C40LF CNG would have had Detroit Detriot Deisel Series 50G engines and would have sounded indentical to Los Angeles Metros 2001 New Flyer C40LF CNG's and MTA New York City Bus/MTA Bus Company 1998-2000 New Flyer C40LF CNG's.
