I remember finding this on the official SA2 website and not being able to watch it due to the abysmal download speed! Only ever watched the first 6 or so seconds of it before the webpage timed out. Anyone else remember the website? It had a page where you could control a 2D sonic and jump to activate text box’s with information to each game leading up to Sonic Adventure 2. Watching the first 6 seconds of this trailer gave me massive nostalgia. Ah man, I was so exited leading up to the games release😅.
I started playing sonic games at my gamecube (after literally a month of sonic generation release) and i was having fun playing sonic adventure 2 and that was the best game ever And now in 2024 i got a ps3 way too late
Damn. Existing since 2005 is hard sometimes. You always miss the good upcoming shit for great nostalgic reasons RushDS and ShadTH were after my existence
Edit December 2022: OK so Frontiers is out now as of November and is better than I expected. Still not my favorite Sonic game though :P Here from the Frontiers gameplay trailer. This trailer is miles superior than both the gameplay trailer and the initial teaser combined. Awesome gameplay clips, depicting the game's varied and exhilarating stages, and even teasing story elements and the soon-to-be-fan-favorite new character Shadow. Compare this to the garbage they reveal NOW. I can just hear the bootlickers coming to crucify me now. Sonic Team doesn't have the level of talented folk it used to. They're reduced to a group of unqualified hacks on the level of average Unreal Engine fangame devs. Seriously, watch the June 1st 2022 Frontiers gameplay reveal. That game is set to release in time for the holidays. It IS going to suck.
